We waited over an hour for our dinner to be served even though we place our entire order: wine, salad, entree the moment our server came to our table and there were only two of us. For a dinner that cost almost $300 - you’d expect better service.

Zach was an amazing server and made our birthday celebration very special. The food was outstanding but the service was really exceptional. Thank you!

Great food and ambiance. Don’t care for the valet parking when the restaurants sit ins big parking lot and I had to walk from the covered parking structure because of lack of parking

We had a nice time. Dinner started with complimentary glass of champagne. Service was excellent. The food was very good had the steak with ravioli and shrimp it had a lot of flavor. I would definitely return.

It was a disappointing experience to celebrate my birthday. Not only did I traveled to New Port beach but also got to spend it with my family. Upon checking in with a reservation, I was told I had to wait until my scheduled reservation time to check in. After standing for 10 mins, I was then offered a complimentary glass of champagne. Once we got seated, no one checked in on us for a while until I waved someone down. The rest of the service was just ok and I did NOT even bothered to tell the waitress it was my special day because the interaction was nonexistent. My family decided to end the meal early and visit another establishment for the birthday celebration.

We got there and they offered complimentary sparkling wine which was a nice welcome. I think we just got bad luck maybe we where we were sat and also with our server. We sat on the patio. Our server greeted us, took our appetizer order but didn't ask if we wanted any drinks. She walked away. She walked hy again and I got her attention and asked for a gin cocktail. Well someone else brought our appetizer and my cocktail didn't ever come. She comes back like 10 min later and we say we are ready order we main courses. She notices my cocktail hasn't been served and says she'll check on it. The food comes, the Chilean sebass was pretty good. The ravioli Bianca was also delish. The chicken parmesian was just average. Kinda odd that it's even ab option on the menu. My husband thought since it was offered that it must be special but it wasn't. So my cocktail finally comes. I ask to order a different one after that. She takes my order and the cocktail didn't come until after we were completely done eating. I couldn't tell if it was that the bar was so backed up or if it was her not picking up the drinks or not. I was hoping to have a good time with cocktails flowing because it was my birthday but they took so long it really didn't allow me to have a good time with cocktails. The desserts were VERY good. We have the lava cake and the butter cakes. It wasn't a super cold evening and idk if it was where our table was but we were under 3 different heaters and we were uncomfortably hot. We didn't wanna complain though. My 7 yr old has to take off his collared shirt mid dinner he was too warm. I just wanted to leave as soon as we finished dessert because the warmth was uncomfortable. We won't be going back cuz even though the seabass and desserts were good, just wasn't worth the drive and service wasn't good enough

JOEY was perfect for birthday lunch with girlfriends! Seated outside, champagne, great service, delicious poke bowl and Mediterranean bowl, cozy heaters. It was bustling but not too loud. Staff were very hospitable. will definitely go back!
