   Music was too loud. Could not hear my guest speak Lunch was an hour however we had a new waitress and it took about hour and half Food was ok I am a repeat customer however the service needs to pick up a little more speed as we all have to get back to work!

   Wonderful service and the food was delicious. My best friend and I always meet here 5 times a year. Perfect place.

   Ate here few times in past few mths & has the best experience, but this time was worst ever. Turned away as walk in saying wait was two hrs or longer. Found open reservation 9:15 & 9:30pm on OT! Waited one hr and checked in told few mins wait for table. Think table was given away while waiting, had to wait other 30 mins while other two ppl parties given tables on main floor. Then told we had to up upstairs where would be seated. Other tables had heaters directly near or over seating area, not ours, it was absolutely FREEZING! Ppl at next table had coats on but I didn’t want to wear puffy bulky coat to eat when I expected to be comfortable indoors. St this point we were hungry after not eating all aftn and waiting over an hour, so we ordered appetizers and told my waiter they are trying to improve air circulation…. But it seemed to get worse! It was also extra loud more party scene in that area with loud music & ppl more like a bar area. Not what I expected, never been seated upstairs all the times at this location. Eventually moved to another table for main course when space free up ok table directly under heater. Received main course and food was like warm to cool and clearly seemed had been sitting out for quite a while. I was initially excited as I ordered same meal last time I was there and it was delicious. This time the overall experience on a Sat night spending hard earned money to enjoy the evening was huge letdown on many fronts. Hopefully, never happens again.

   Our meals were great! And Eve made our night on the patio. She was very attentive and very sweet. We will definitely come back to eat.

   Food was pretty good. But we were ignored by our server and then when we went to the hostess station to complain they did nothing. Try Cactus Club next time.

   Joey Sherway always has amazing and welcoming staff!! The food never disappoints and the vibes are always on point! I always recommend this location and restaurant to everyone!!

   We love going to Joey’s, the food is always excellent. We are always very satisfied with our meals. Our favourites are the French Dip steak appetizer and the Katsu Chicken salad. My husband would love to have the French Dip steak appetizer made into a sandwich as you removed the roast beef butcher block sandwich off your menu. Too bad that was removed as it was delicious. We are always very satisfied customers when leaving. We were disappointed that we had to wait awhile for our table this time even with a reservation but I guess it was a Friday night.

   We had an appointment at 9 PM yesterday, but they kept us waiting until 9:30. I booked my appointment well in advance, yet this still happened. Additionally, the noise level was insane.

    Our waiter Marcus was very slow and no where to be found. Took 30 mins till we got our water glasses. Unacceptable
