   I’ve been coming to Joey at U Village for several years, it’s an easy automatic when colleagues, friends and family are visiting. Last night was by far the worst experience I’ve had here. My parents were visiting from out of state and were seated in the atrium under my reservation - when I showed up to join them I noticed the table and booth benches were covered in leaves from the tree droppings just outside the drafty atrium windows. I took it upon myself to clean the table and seats which I would have expected staff to have already taken care of. Next I requested a new table and was told I could be put on a waitlist - for a reservation I’ve already made and fulfilled! Food here is usually top notch. Unfortunately, plating on my steak frites dish was lazy and just not up to the standards I’ve come to expect here. The server did turn on the overhead heat lamp which about drove us outside. I don’t hold her (the server) as accountable as I do the management. Just really disappointing.

   Joeys is great. The food is always very good but it is way too expensive for the portion size.

   My server romanced a drink enough for me to try it— it was amazing. We were checked in on a reasonable amount from both serves and the management team and the food was great.

   Gisele went above and beyond to provide a welcoming experience for myself and my colleagues. The food and service was excellent. This was the first time for many of my party, and we were really impressed by her care and hospitality. We will be back!!!!

   Joey is very expensive. I had the lettuce wraps and well they were so so so sweet like sugar high and had he shrimp and barely tasted shrimp. Stick to the chicken. Drinks are good. But for appetizers and drinks over $100 value nope.

   I always enjoy my time at JOEY!! My favorite one is the UVillage one because my favorite staff member, Riley is there. She always makes it her mission to ensure we are having the best experience and she is incredibly funny, kind and intentional. She always makes our time memorable. I wish more people would understand how important it is to bring joy to a dining experience. You never know who could need it. Thanks!!

    I recently visited Joey and had an excellent dining experience. I ordered their burger, and it was delicious—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and served with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The service was top-notch; the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my visit.
