   OMG what a horrible experience! One hour to get our food. Excess amount of workers walking around with position or job duty. For the same price I’d rather go across the street to Fleming for a prompt service and less vanity environment.

   Amazing server Roman. We were also visited and checked by the manager. Superb food and ambiance. Definitely we will come back regularly.

   The experience was not as I was hoping for. I made a reservation for my boyfriend's birthday to have a special evening out. Upon arrival I checked in saying I had a reservation, but still a walk in couple was seated before us and we waited 10 minutes still, which isn't too bad, but if the walk in got seated right away I don't understand why we still had to wait 10min. Our server didn't check in as often as we'd have liked & upon making the reservation I noted it was for a birthday and requested a birthday dessert from their menu with the specific name of my boyfriend. This wasn't taken note of because I had to ask about the birthday dessert while he thankfully went to the restroom. The dessert was still not the requested one from my note and my boyfriend's name was spelled incorrectly when it was already written down. Finally, when it came to the bill I placed a Visa gift card to be used and another credit card for the balance, but was given attitude while loudly saying the Visa gift-card wouldn't be accepted & the server leaving straight afterwards without giving me a receipt or even waiting for me to request a copy. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was elegant, but the service was such a let down & made what was supposed to feel like a special night out very lack luster and like a let down.

   Had a lovely late lunch early dinner. Our server was Astra and she was delightful. The food was good too. We set outdoors on the beautiful patio which we really enjoyed.

   Joeys is a great place for food and ambience however you may not be impressed by the service unless you are someone notable in this location.

   We had a phenomenal dining experience at Joey. My mother-in-law wanted to take me, my husband and my two teen boys out to dinner to somewhere special. We chose Joey and were so glad we did! We had lovely, attentive, and personal service. We felt particularly cared for when Ethan, the manager, stopped by our table to see how we were doing. We all loved our meal choices and practically licked our plates clean. Both the picky 12-year-old and the picky 85-year-old wanted seconds. We'll be going back to Joey again as soon as we can!

   I’ll start off by saying the food was great and the service was not terrible but it’s not what we expected compared to other restaurants when celebrating an anniversary. I had made it known in the comments when booking the reservation and even calling 3 hours before I arrive to give a heads up to just see if they did anything special. Not once was it acknowledged by anyone. They also like to give complimentary champagne which was nice. Of course when I asked for more I was forced to pay which is fine understandable. But when they had a change of staff in the middle of my dinner the other waiter told me it would have been no charge and he could have just kept refilling my complimentary glass of champagne. Which is not what the other lady said. Which at this point if they were actually a good waiter they could have fed into the “oh it’s your anniversary, don’t worry I’ll hook you up with a couple glasses of champagne on us” it’s a $9.99 bottle. But that would have left such a great impression and I would have shown gratitude with a greater tip. Instead what I got was getting taken to our table that was dirty and not even ready for us and having to wait while they ran to go get towels to clean it up before we sat. It’s the small things like not even having our candle lit when every table had thiers. The small things matter when you are paying $250 for a dinner for two.

   Everyone was so welcoming and polite. The food was amazing. From the appetizers to the main course to dessert. The manager and asked how things were going. To top it off they were super busy. We still felt like we were the only ones there. 😀. It’s worth your date night for sure❤️

   We had a great lunch for our anniversary! Margot was our server and she was incredible! Very helpful and she made some great suggestions. We will definitely be going back. The sushi cones and the lobster and shrimp tacos were delicious.

    It was a great experience from the hostess & our server Cory… we felt welcomed and appreciated. The food came fast and it was delicious, perhaps a bit on the pricey side.
