    Went here to try someplace new for a birthday dinner. Nobody to greet us at the front, just the bartender who also acted as the waiter. We were the only ones there. Tried a booth first but it was cramped so we moved to a table and it felt cramped also. Put a couple of high tops together and that was good. We could be picky because we were the only ones in the restaurant. Noise level was limited to the TV playing above the bar. The bartender/waiter did his best to make the experience enjoyable and was tipped accordingly. Food selection was OK but not what I expected from someplace called an italian steakhouse. My 3 guests got the chicken parm, my wife got chicken alfredo, and I got the steak risotto with mushrooms and spinach. My risotto was flavorful but there was a lot of water at the bottom of the dish. The other diners said their meal was good. I travelled a lot before retiring so I understand that some hotel restaurants can be a gamble, but this one was not up to my expectations. Hopefully they do better business at other times or they won't be around long. Cost was overpriced for the quality and atmosphere. There are too many better places to spend this kind of money. Won't be able to recommend and no plans to return.

    They advertise as a seperate restaurant, but it really is the restaurant of the hotel. Not the type of place to go eat if looking for bigger party. Also, the set up is not nice at all, no background music, and just very awkward environment. Mainly meant for people staying at this hotel.

    Booked this reservation without research. Restaurant is really just a bar in a hotel lobby. I must admit the service was outstanding and all our meals were pretty good! (They were out of a few things on the menu and at the bar).

    Sat at 630. Still sitting trying to pay at 920. Salad took over an hour. Entree took almost 2 hours. Ridiculous service. We went here because it was easy- go elsewhere if you are hungry and want to eat in a reasonable amount of time. I suggested this restaurant to the group- and I was greatly embarrassed.

    I would love to tell you about my experience but after making reservations and getting confirmation we arrive at the restaurant to find that it is closed on Father’s Day at 6:00pm. I made reservations almost 5 weeks in advance of Father’s Day so I would ensure we would have somewhere nice to go. Way to ruin Father’s Day to show up to a restaurant that is closed and to have to try to scramble to find an alternative. I will Never dine here.

    We received a text to confirm our reservation, which we confirmed (the night before). We arrived only to find the restaurant closed. No one called to say they were closing so bing it was a holiday (Father’s Day) we had a heck of a time finding a dinner spot and were extremely disappointed that the restaurant was so unprofessional in dealing with this matter. There wasn’t even a notice on the door as to why they were closed and no one at the hotel seemed to know why either. Do t take reservations if you are going to close and if you close due to some issue, contact those that have reservations and let them know know.

    Awful : do not go. We waited 10 minutes ( only patrons in restaurant) before the bar tender told us there was a banquet and it would be 15-20 minutes wait before someone would come to take our order or even to serve us water. Do not go. Service is non existent. Do not go

    Went with 8 and had made a reservation for a birthday. Got there and not a clue we had reservations. Service was ok, but they kept forgetting to serve one of us in the party. Food was good but something was missing from the overall feel. It has been a better experience before.
