   This was my first time going to Josephine. The ambience was very good as well as the food. Our server, Jay C, was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time. His positive energy and knowledge of the menu contributed to an outstanding dining experience. I was celebrating a special occasion, and he pulled out all the stops to make it memorable. I will definitely be back.

   The atmosphere was great. We loved the decor and the French theme all around. However, the food was sub par. I order steak frites and the steak wasn’t a good cut and very rubbery. I would like to come back for drinks instead of food next time.

   Really nice experience. Fairly quiet and super cozy. The staff were friendly and organized. Good for a date night in Old Town.

   Not impressed. I was asked twice how my meal was and both times I expressed how my clams were under cooked and I had to spit them out and nobody came over to sort out the issue. Our friend who had the mussels hadn’t finished her dish when the wait staff wiped it away without asking. Utter shambles. Can’t see any reason to go back as there are so many good restaurants in the area. It’s a grand looking restaurant but can’t deliver on service and taste

   The restaurant is nice. The food is good, but I am a picky eater, reason for my rating. Our Server was very nice but he had a lot of tables to attend to. I suggest the restaurant hires bussers to clean the appetizers food of the tables while waiting for entrees, as it doesn’t look appetizing. I would recommend it though, as the staff are nice and friendly.

   Our waiter, Sire was excellent. A true professional helpful in every way allow us to taste test a couple of wines before we made a selection.

    The staff is great. Two times the restaurant called me to try and accommodate my older parents. Our waitress Haley was awesome! The restaurant is adorable and everyone there was great. Some of the negative. My dirty martini came warm and the remaining wasn’t even on Ice. Had to ask for a side of ice.
