   We had such a lovely time. The staff were just wonderful. It's so nice when staff just appear to genuinely love the job they do and want you to have a fabulous time. High tea at Joseph's is really something special. And the scones... the most beautiful scones with the most delicious jam. Highly recommend!

   The food was nice and the staff were lovely but the venue could definitely do with a renovation. The ambiance should reflect the building.

   Very nice . Had drinks at bar first before dinner then into Joseph’s to eat . Amazing food and service

   We’ve dined here a few times and this was the first time we felt the food and service was only just ok. Previously has been great. Food lacked the flavours we have enjoyed. Burrata and Crudo and duck cannelloni were a bit bland, but the risotto, snapper and steak were beautifully cooked and presented. Will come back but may stay away from set menus. Had to ask for water and not refilled. Overall experience was good but not great.

   The food was lovely, however, on this occasion there weren't many staff and whilst they were all polite and helpful, the service was lacking. We had to ask for all drinks for our high tea and resorted to serving ourselves as the staff were not in the restaurant.

   Great place to eat for lunch. They need to ensure they show customers that they are open for lunch as it looked closed from reception which had me confused although a reservation was made. Overall food was good

   Though the food was delicious, and the mansion and garden setting beautiful, the cost is too steep as the service is amateur and the food (though good) not mind blowing.

   Upon attending the entrees, I found no spoons for the dips, no knifes for the cheese. Later I thought there would have been either cream, ice cream or custard for the pudding. Maybe a Pav would have been well received. The menu mentioned Yorkshire puddings but they were not to be seen. Also I saw on several occasions there were no plates around the hot food table for extras or seconds. I noticed a few people complaining about this problem. No spoons for desserts. I think the most important thing and all our table agreed was every thing should have been labeled.

    Our Christmas lunch experience at the Mansion, Werribee was wonderful . The management and staff were very helpful and assisted with our change of tables without any issue. They were so welcoming.
