Tried this place based on reviews. Food was ok, not great. You can get a much better steak/meal at other restaurants nearby. We felt like we overpaid for the value and taste of the food. Atmosphere was strange. We sat in what felt like a small square bedroom with odd lighting and pictures of naked women on each wall. Not intimate or romantic at all as you could hear the conversations of all 4 tables in the one room because you are so close together in a tight space. We would not go back.

What a gem of a place in Scottsdale! Quiet place for business meeting or date night. Service was spot on and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Small cozy place. Food was good, not great. Expensive for what you get. Music is loud, place is dark. Decent date night place. Not sure we would go back.

Very small-quant dining area, dark atmosphere, music was random and a tad too loud for the mood it should be. We dined early & enjoyed the fact we were one of three or four tables dining. The pace is very relaxed & slow. I have dietary restrictions, they were so kind and accommodating to my food allergies! Truly appreciated the yummy meal they created for me, it was so flavorful, such a treat! Our server was involved with the creation. The spicy margarita I had was so amazing, my only complaint it wasn’t big enough-but very much enjoyed it!

I read the reviews and they were on track! What a delight this place was! It started by making the reservation on Open table and being available for a Sat night at dinner time and getting a live confirmation! Nice. The place has a sexy dark vibe with unique separate dining rooms and bar. The art work is unique and eye catching for sure. We sat in the room outside of the bar and at first I thought it would be nice to be out where more people were but since it was a date night I liked the quiet romantic-ness of the separate room. Our server was suited up and he was awesome. Very attentive from start to finish and even gave us some suggestions for a drink at another location to keep the night going. Pleased with his care in us getting good service. Now the best part: the food and drinks. YUM YUM YUM! We started with a couple of Old Fashioneds. Although a bit pricy they were good and had a nice bit of cherry flavor mixed in. A little flair with the "JT" branded on the perfectly clear Ice Cube. And of course a good one with a Luxardo cheery. Next we got the Wild Mushroom Bruschetta and pesto. Very tasty. A good combo of flavor between the mushrooms and Parm pesto. A great start to the pallet. Then we got a Ceasar salad. The dressing was wonderfully creamy and just enough spice for a little kick. Sun dried tomatos was unique for us in a Ceasar but added a great extra tangy flavor. Then for main courses we chose the Shrimp Costa Azul which is a flavorful bacon wrapped tiger shrimp stuffed with Blue crab. It was cooked perfectly so the shrimp was moist and plump. The shaved fried yams on top was a nice bit of sweetness with the seafood flavors. I went with the Servers suggestion of the cabernet beef short ribs. Wow so tender and tasty. They were complemented with a nice bed of butter yukon mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts. All in All Great Service, atmosphere, and fantastic Food!

Food was ok. Overpriced for zucchini noodles and a little watery sauce though. And scallops were gritty. Dessert and cocktails were yummy though and service was pleasant. Music is a little loud. But that's our personal opinion.

Great place. The food, drinks and the service is just top notch. They remember me and have what I like ready always. I brought a date there and they gave us a little champagne, just very thoughtful. Great place all around, 5 STARS for sure
