Food and ambience was top notch , very friendly and fun place . Service could have been a little bit more attentive as I've had to do a bit of self service with water throughout the night and dishes were not cleared for ages.

Nice vibe, good flavours, tasty food, and good promos. I liked the Margarita Happy hour.

Do not book - they are closed until January 13th - which we only discovered when we showed up for our reservation. It was on their Instagram page, which we hadn’t seen in advance. Disappointing, but there are loads of nice spots around. But maybe disable your reservation system if you’re closed for 2 weeks?!

We had a 7pm booking at Juana Taco Windsor and when we turned up the restaurant was closed!? We had no notification from them either before or after the booking (even after I contacted them), extremely poor customer service.

Specifically booked a booth for four people in the “nicer” part of the restaurant, upon arrival was shown to a table in a much noisier and more open part of the restaurant. Questioned this, was told that all booths were full despite the booking.

We booked a table for dinner on Taco Tuesday. Unfortunately (and it’s stated nowhere on their webpage or menu) all 3 tacos have to be the same flavour. Otherwise you have to pay the full price. I’ve never experienced that in any other restaurants. The first round of tacos came, but was unfortunately bland and without any flavour. We had a hard time understanding each other, because the music was more nightclub level. Staff seemed to rather not wanting to be there. The whole experience was a bit odd, so we’ll unfortunately go back to our regular taco places.

Great spot to go to for Taco Tuesday, great value for money. Staff friendly and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend checking it out.

How do I describe in words that absolutely amazing nature of this place? The food, the drinks, the staff, the aesthetic - it’s indescribably awesome. Will forever be returning to Juana Taco Windsor for get togethers and pre-drinks for my remaining days on this planet!
