I recently visited Juliet Steakhouse and had an unforgettable dining experience. First, the Lemon Drop cocktails were absolutely perfect — refreshing, well-balanced, and the ideal start to the evening. The calamari appetizer was another highlight, crispy on the outside while tender and flavorful on the inside. But the star of the show was the Tomahawk Steak. Cooked to absolute perfection, it was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, making every bite a delight. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance of the restaurant was cozy yet sophisticated. Overall, I’d give it a solid 10/10 and highly recommend Juliet Steakhouse to anyone looking for top-notch food and drinks. You won’t be disappointed!

We waited over 30 minutes for our table outside in the cold. The waiter did not check on us often and we had to get up and ask for our silverware. The steak was not seasoned well.

The food was not great, but some items very tasty. The cornbread and rolls were very hard and cold. There was a lamp that didn’t seem to successfully keep them warm. Additionally, with a reservation we waited in a crowded overpacked waiting area for a considerable amount of time. Seating was great, drinks were great and yams, Mac n cheese, and the prime rib hit the mark. The turkey was a bit dry and the greens had only the flavor of bacon as opposed to other seasonings and spices. I’ve been to the restaurant before and throughly enjoyed the food and service. I think the lesson may be to visit on a non-holiday.

We went to Juliet hoping for a nice family Thanksgiving meal. While the food was great and our server was very helpful and attentive once we were seated, the overall experience was not great. We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation; we checked on it after waiting 30 minutes and were told the table wasn't ready; at 30 minutes past our reservation, when we checked on it again, the hostess said to come with her and proceeded to sit us at a table outside. Where absolutely no one else was being seated. The online profile clearly indicated that reservations were for 2-hour slots, so it's not clear why the table still wouldn't be available 30 minutes into our reservation time. Especially for a buffet that even with a large party would likely not be a 2+ hour affair for most. In addition, we felt essentially dumped outside so we'd quit asking (though we only checked on the reservation twice). There was no communication, no apology, nothing from the team at the host stand. Highly disappointing from that perspective. Also, why the valet? The lot had plenty of spaces so it seems like we paid $10 + tip for pretty much nothing. Not likely we will be heading back to this restaurant anytime soon.

I went for the Thanksgiving buffet and it was okay. We were served small portions of one spoon options, two pieces of turkey and a small slice of piece every time we went up. The cornbread was dry, the pies were not good at all. The beef, turkey, greens, green bean casserole, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, and Cesar salad were okay. Everything was seasoned. Gratuity was added to my check and they told me it was mandatory although I had visited the restaurant three times before and it was not a thing. When the restaurant has its regular lunch and dinner menu the food is very good. The service from our waiter Paul was very good. He was very nice and courteous and tended our needs.

This was our first time dining out for Thanksgiving and Juliet did not disappoint. The food was amazing and the service was friendly. The restaurant has a cool vibe and it was wonderful experience. We will definitely be going back for their regular menu. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant was loud, dress code IS NOT enforced. I read a lot of reviews on the restaurant before we went. They were all so positive, our food was okay. The interior of the restaurant is cheap, staff are nice but we waited and waited for our check. Make sure you read your bill. Gratuity is included in the check. They hand you a toast machine to pay for your check, and the first screen is the tip screen. The restaurant is overpriced and underwhelming. I would not return.

The entire parking lot, even for other businesses in the Plaza were coned off, forcing you to pay $10 valet....even handicap spots. The food was NOT good. The buffet line set up was insane. There was a 19% added gratuity AND was asked to add an additional tip.
