We were attending a play across the street and this venue was the perfect prelude to a wonderful evening out.

To few food items to choose and quite pricey. Ordered medium rare burger and it came out as medium to well done. Fries were very good. Also ordered Martini - which was good , but it was served in a rock glass with about an inch of drink - what happened to Martini glasses for drinks like this. Waited a long while to get check and had to ask someone to get our server for it. Not enough wait staff, especially on a busy evening. Frankly, it was so much better when Juliette's was part of the Omni -Marriott needs quite a bit of improvement. Hope this info helps.

Overall experience was fine nice hotel restaurant service was OK food ok burger was over cooked requested well done not burnt didn't think that needed to be stated if there's a next time will definitely emphasize Not burnt it was apparent waitress was overloaded based on dinning room size and guest her staying very busy Mgmt needs to know when someone needs support my opinion

We had 5:45 reservations, were seated at 6:05 and then waited 10 minutes before being waited on. We had 7:30 theater tickets so I was concerned. Our order was taken and we waited 20+ minutes before our food was brought. My wife got the lobster ravioli which seemed as if they had come out of a pre-prepared box and had precious little lobster. I got the blackened Mahi and the rather fishy taste and lemon it came with were the most taste the dish had. It was served with a flavorless, and very dry, rice pilaf and broccoli steamed to the point of being mushy. It would also be advantageous if the meals were prepared by a chef (no chef would have allowed broccoli that mushy to be served) and not kept heated to serve cafeteria style from the kitchen The restaurant was so crowded when we arrived and it was apparent, despite knowing there was a Symphony and Theater performance, they had not planned for this much business.. The prices certainly do not reflect that level of dining or service. Juliette’s is probably a good place to go for a drink after the show, but it is an option of convenience, not choice, for dinner. I will order the overpriced hamburger next time, simply because even if it is being reheated it is hard to mess up a burger.

We were in a rush and the server expedited our food delivery. She was so pleasant and dedicated to making our experience delightful

I chose this restaurant because it was across from the theater and had vegan items on the menu. There was no notice that they would be serving a "theater menu" that night due to the show across the street. It's understandable but that removed the vegan items. The kitchen was able to throw some veggies on a salad and did have a vinaigrette dressing that was acceptable. The blackened mahi was really good and the fries and burger were fine too. One of the beers seemed flat but did not taste bad. It took a while to get our drinks but dinner came pretty quickly. We were seated right away with 6:00 reservations, and were out before 7:00. Overall good experience.

Made a reservation ... Was seated in the back ... which was ok Waited for twenty minutes for a server to take our order - which I felt was simple: 2 glasses of wine after waiting for twenty minutes ... got up and left. Did speak to the mgr and he apologized and said "please come back ... and when you do so ... ask for Jacob"! Later that evening ... returned to give them another opportunity The area was crowded ... BUT only a single person was working the bar! I again waited twenty minutes to be served 2 glasses of wine ... which cost over $40! Felt the entire experience was HORRIBLE! Overpriced and understaffed! I have been coming to Juliet's for several years prior to performances at the Times Union Center and the service and food offering has been going "down hill" but this was the worst! I question whether I should ever go back!

Dining here before the Bonnie raitt concert. Reservations at 6. A little slow to be seated and seemed a little disorganized for seating when a crush of walk ins arrived. … but once seated, servers were doing a good job of handling the rush crowd. Food was good. We enjoyed our meal. And boy is it nice to just walk across the street to the concert. I would come here again.
