   A little lackluster service in noisy place. Food was disappointing, meat was undercooked for my wife (never asked how she wants it) and my lamb dish was so salty that I had to stop eating it. The oysters were good, likely because the best think to do to them is not much.

   Arrived 10 minutes before our reservation, got told we would be seated in “one minute” two times over the span of the next 15 minutes with no additional info. We were seated and had our water filled immediately and our server came to the table to drop off menus before leaving without taking drink orders. 30 minutes after our reservation and no one had taken our drink order yet. Food was good as expected though they ran out of the dish we were most excited about, but service was a big miss from both the hostesses and our server

   The ambience and floor plan of this restaurant is exquisite. The menu has a good variety of delicious options. We had the yellowtail app, rigatoni, the wagyu biscuit Duck and the carne crudo? I think. You would think the name would stick with me since it was awful. It tasted like raw beef with raw diced peppers and no flavor. Not a good consistency at all. I should have had the lamb or whole fish. The other items were great, especially the rigatoni and duck. We ordered 2 drinks and one glass of “house” Pinot. Can I just say there is no drink menu with prices and if I knew a glass of house wine would be $28 I would probably not order it. We were surprised by this when we were presented with the check. We did not dispute it. Not worth it. Unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed by this Little Italy place. Good location.

   The food was fantastic. Enjoyed Chefs counter experience! I would highly recommend & which I did! They loved it too!

   Great clean quality locally sourced food with a fun atmosphere and amazing service. I highly recommended trying Juniper & Ivy.

   I’m not a big reviewer writer but I must say everything was amazing from hostess bartender server and damn food was amazing. My wife said it was the best filet mignon she’s ever had. Caviar with the Wagyu biscuits was to die for. 10/10

   No one in our family was overly excited about our experience at Juniper and Ivy. Risotto was very good, and black cod was cooked to perfection. That is where the highlights ended. We were recommended the duck. Although duck was excellent, the veggies were very oily and not really roasted as best. It was an expensive dish, and given that, pancakes were mediocre at best. They were fat, and we couldn't even roll them to eat the duck (peking style). Then again, 3 massive pancakes? I suggest better, thinner, smaller, and most importantly, more pan cakes on that giant plate. Drinks were good. However, we needed our server at 3 different times, and they were so busy that they were a no-show. The server was very kind and great at their job, but it looked like they were stretched thin. As for desserts, the apple pie ice cream was too hard, a tad too sweet and honestly nothing that we can't drum up by mixing Julian apple pie and vanillla ice cream at home. I am sure J&I can deliver better desserts. We went after 10 years and had high expectations. I bet their other food dishes are still pretty good, but for what they charge, they lack consistency. They need to fix service. Honestly, just start there first.

   The high tops have an odd ambiance. You are on the edge of the bar overlooking the dining room. It feels odd.

    Took my husband here for his birthday. He’s a foodie so I brought him here as I heard the food is delicious. What a great place for a dining experience.
