    This was the night of my girlfriend’s 21st birthday and I chose Juno to celebrate, this is something the hosts were also aware of. Our reservation was at 8 and we were not seated until 8:15. We were then seated at a very small and cramped table right at the entrance of the restaurant, constantly having groups of other guests standing over us as they were waiting to be seated. I asked if we could be moved further into the restaurant which they said was not possible, I then asked if we could at least be moved a couple tables down to the empty table so we were not directly adjacent to the entrance, they said it was booked. 5 minutes later a group of guests came in without a reservation and were seated at the table I had asked if we could be moved to. My girlfriend and I then spent the next 35 minutes waiting for anyone so we could have our order taken. We had our empty cocktails sitting on our table for more than 15 minutes without a single person coming by to collect them, despite them collecting dishes from the table next to us. The entire experience was leading to increasing frustration and the last straw occurred when a table of guests were having their order taken after coming in and being seated 10 minutes after we had already taken our seats. It was at that point that we decided to leave. We told the staff that we had not even had our order taken or drinks taken away our table for over 35 minutes and the guests that came in after us were getting their order taken within 5 minutes of being seated. Of course they then assured us that they would have someone come and assist us right away, but we told them that it was beyond too late for that. My girlfriend and I have had poor service experiences before, but it was nothing like we experienced at Juno. It was as if we were invisible to the staff. Despite us being young, we both work very hard for our money and fully planned on enjoying ourselves that night, they lost very well paying customers.

    Great sushi as always. Apps are excellent too, though a bit pricey.

    All the sushi was a win: hirame nigiri, the barracuda special, and as always the Juno King (warm, spicy crabmeat nigiri wrapped in tuna.) We also loved the shrimp tempura and the special ceviche. The miso black cod was a bit of a miss; it took a really long time and was a tiny portion. We mentioned it to our server and the restaurant gave us free mochi for dessert. We eat here a lot and can always count on very high quality sushi with interesting, uncommon specials.

    Came in close to when the kitchen closed and they still served us kindly/did not rush us. Explained the menu and everything we ordered as it came to the table. Enjoyable experience!

    Food was really good but service was really slow for both food and drinks. We had to remind our server more than once what we ordered as he asked if we were done. Experience was completely ruined by how slow everything was.

    Food and drinks were great as always. Service much slower than usual. 20+ minute wait in the middle of the meal for rest of the dishes.

    The food was nice quality and well prepared, but was violently overshadowed by a terrible dining experience. From the moment we entered the door to the moment we saw ourselves out as the staff shut down early it felt like everyone’s first day on the job. Never have I had an omakase so poorly timed, nor such a three stooges-esque service experience. SNL should check this place out.
