   Horrible service. Multiple items were forgotten at different times and when we brought it up the server acted irritated and at one point rolled their eyes. We would sit with empty wine glasses and it was never acknowledged. When we would order a drink (glass of wine) it would take 10 plus minutes to receive and there was only 3 other tables in the entire restaurant. Never received a water refill. While we were thrilled that the onion soup was back on the menu, all 6 of us ordered it, not one person liked it. Very very bland. It used to be amazing. We also ordered the cheese as our appetizer, which took half an hour to receive and it too was off. We’ve had it before and loved it and this time it missed the mark. Not sure if there is a new chef or just an off day, but the food was very subpar and probably why there was no one in there. They make you put down a $25 a person incase you or someone cancels which is normally understandable but didn’t make sense when you do not have anyone in there. Same with not being able to seat us until our entire party was there when af that point, we were the only ones in the restaurant.

   We arrived a few minutes early and were not seated until our reservation time even though there’ were tables available. We waited of an hour to get our food and received no explanation for the extensive delay. We received no complimentary drinks or dessert for our troubles. Very disappointed and they seemed to care less.

   There were a few minor service hiccups, but all was resolved without my having to complain other than pointing out errors. As for the food, the escargot seemed severely lacking in garlic and other seasonings.

   I took my cousin here as a birthday gift, we loved it. She ordered the fish of the day and I ordered the burger. The food was great honesty, we've heard mixed reviews about the food. Granted, we did get there a bit late (8:15ish), so the noise level was minimal. The energy was good. The service was great. I don't remember our server name (I'm sorry), but he was really, really sweet and efficient. I think his name was Mike. We ordered drinks (loved those), our entrees, and dessert. Our bill was about $124 and some change. I thought it was worth it. My only hiccup was we did get there late, so by the time dessert arrived, we were just talking, and I do feel like we were a bit rushed by other workers that were ready to go home, but we weren't the last in there. - All in all, I did understand, and it doesn't take away from our experience. Definitely will be returning, earlier, lololol.

   I had an incredible experience at Justine. I arrived 30 minutes late because of traffic and was greeted with champagne as soon as I arrived! We had a group of 10 and the service was immaculate. The escargot and the steak tartare were perfect. I also had the little gem salad and the pan seared fish. All delicious! Loved it!

   French onion soup was good, but the steak tartar has way too much horseradish. It also took too long to get our wine.

   Good vibes and delicious food. Our hostess kindly relocated us to a quiet cozy booth on request. Food was fabulous.

    Amazing experience for my birthday. They gifted me with free creme brûlée & champagne. I loved everything about this restaurant, and would DEFINITELY visit again.
