I’m glad we gave this place another chance. Staff were friendly and attentive, the place was nice, clean & food was delicious. Some things were unavailable that we wanted to order due to import issues. We were greeted right away by the hostess. They served us with some warm bread with butter. We ordered so much food! From the raw bar, we ordered everything except the caviar due to unavailability. House smoked salmon was decent & it actually came with smoke coming out of it when the lid was lifted. Beef tartar was decent & they prepared it in front of us, it was a cool mini show to watch. Tuna tataki was my least favorite, it was lacking in flavor & tasted frozen. For starters we ordered GOLDEN FRIED CALAMARI & PAN SEARED FOIE GRAS. Both were delicious but the pan seared foie gras was my favorite! For entrees, I ordered the PAN SEARED SCALLOPS which it was light & lacking in flavor & the scallops tasted a bit watery. It came with a starch & I chose the MACARONI AND CHEESE & it was some delicious comforting Mac n cheese. Hubby originally wanted to order the tomahawk but it wasn’t available so he ordered From the chargrill - us prime steaks the ribeye steak, cooked medium, which was delicious. It came with a starch & sauce so he chose steak fries & steak butter sauce which went really well with the steak. I do like some good veggies & wanted to get the BROCCOLINI, CITRUS AND GARLIC but it was unavailable. We ordered SAUTÉED MUSHROOMS & GRILLED ASPARAGUS WITH LEMON AND PARMESAN. They weren’t amazing but weren’t bad either. I don’t drink any type of alcohol much but for this special occasion & to pair with our meals, we ask our server for a red wine recommendation specifically from the USA. Raymond R Collection Lot No 1 Cabernet Sauvignon was good but over priced due to import taxes & cost. They had a nice separate smoking lounge for smokers. Shout out to our server Mohamed, he made our experience so wonderful. He was kind, attentive with a great attitude & great smile.

FYI, if you’re not familiar with this restaurant, the address on OpenTable does not match the actual address. Check the correct address on the actual website. Did not end up eating here because of the rude female on the phone. She lack customer service & needs to be retrained on how to talk and treat potential paying customers. Disappointing because we wanted to celebrate a special occasion & try out this place before leaving Egypt. We ended up trying The Grill instead since they open later than JW Steakhouse & so glad we did because The Grill was delicious & we were treated better. Will give this place one more try in the near future…

Non mi hanno fatto entrare perché avevo i pantaloni corti ed è anche giusto così, però non ho ricevuto questa informazione prima, non c'era scritto da nessuna parte, ed anche se ci fosse stato scritto, non era messo bene in evidenza, né dall app né da eventuali comunicazioni poste all entrata del ristorante l. Cordiali saluti

The rib eye came on a bone for the first time ever, i asked for a medium well steak but I was served a semi dry one. It did not taste like the US meat which I ate their several times before, tasted more like local meat. Must say that for the first time in years that I was not satisfied with the qyality of the meat.

I know the Steakhouse since the year 2005. All these years it has maintained the style and the excellent food.

Please ask whether to clear the dish away before you do. One of my accompanied felt rather offended as one wiater just clear the bread dish away while still want to enjoy some bread. Ask customer before you clear the dish away.
