   The steak was great- cheeseburger was like a hockey puck/supposed to be cooked to medium. Felt rushed to order. Nice view of the beach.

   We both had the salmon and it was really good. The augratin potatoes were also a delight. If you go when it's close to sunset, try to get a table near the right rear as you enter. Our sunset and skyglow after sunset was awesome! Charles was our server and he did a great job!

   We decided to visit the place we have learned is a true Gem. The team here works hard at and succeeds to create a very special dining experience! Our culinary guide Tony is a real professional. But more than that, Tony is engaging, knowledgeable and invested in making our experience a great one. Our drinks were prepared skillfully and were excellent. This evening we started with the Tuna tartare. This dish pleased with delightful layers of flavors. It was a perfect start. For entrees we shared both the grouper feature and the chef specialty Bolognese which Tony highly recommended. The fish was a nice seafood offering. It “hit the spot”, filling our seafood craving. The Bolognese was a culinary masterpiece. Robust and satisfying as one expects from a good Bolognese. This Bolognese was one of the very best we have tasted anywhere. Its complex flavors integrating into a superb dish thrilling our palates. We ended our night with wonderful chocolate cake, a perfect, I mean perfect, espresso and an espresso martini. Thanks again Tony and the whole team!
