Chef AZEUCHI trained in the art of Kaiseki Course cuisine in Japan for 16 years. Upon graduating
culinary school, he began studying Kaiseki Course at a hotel. When he turned 27, he became sous-
chef at Hotel Nogamiya.
While there, he participated in a Tokushima Culinary Contest, where he won first prize. When he
was 35 years old, he joined Tofu Kaiseki Restaurant as their head chef.
During this time, he also studied French cuisine for 3 years, training under a Head Chef who had on-
the-job experience working in a prestigious French fine dining restaurant.
Chef Azeuchi quickly became the sous chef in the restaurant. When Japanese Crown Prince
Naruhito - now known as
"His Imperial Majesty the Emperor"- made a royal visit to Kagawa Prefecture, Chef Azeuchi
entertained him with his beautiful dishes.

A wonderful and clever omakase experience! We were in a beautifully appointed private room, with a dedicated chef preparing a complete menu of fantastic fresh fish (and one memorable wagyu course) in the traditional style. Each course was as delicious as the last, and each was a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. I can’t say enough good things — this place is a gem, couldn’t recommend it more.

Great food, attentive service, and not far from my home. I feel lucky every time I get to dine with food prepared by this restaurant. The chef is masterful in his menu planning and execution.

Extraordinary experience with outstanding, attentive service. An experience to behold. Watching the kitchen staff meticulously prepare a wide array of diverse courses is fascinating— and the taste- exceptional. Everyone should experience Kaiseki at this level at least once in their their lives to appreciate the skill, art, and craftsmanship that goes into every dish. Chef Azeuchi is a master. If you are hesitant about the price, think about it as dinner and a show— because it is— and one you won’t soon forget.

Kaiseki Yuzu was a singular dining experience. Every dish and every ingredient were immaculate. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were incredibly accommodating, and the entire experience is one of the best that I have ever had. I hope to come back another time to see their other seasonal menu offerings, but this is one of the most top tier experiences that I have ever had. Very, very pleased!

Kaiseki Yuzu was an incredible Omakase experience. The chef and server created a great environment where we learned about what we were eating and got to see it prepared. The fish was incredible and portions were generous. Kaiseki Yuzu clearly takes great pride in their ingredients and preparation and I couldn't recommend this enough for someone looking for meticulous and high quality food outside of the bounds of the resorts.

The food was fantastic! I’m so glad I made a reservation here. I loved sitting at the sushi bar area where I could see the chef’s prepare everything.

Las vegas Gem, a must try place. I visited Japan multiple times and was looking for a Kaiseki place and this spot popped out. Luckily we had a reservation to visit Vegas. A month wait for reservation so be ready to booked its hard to get. Staff are very friendly, inviting, knowledgeable, and welcoming! High light at the end chef came to our table that was really nice. Food were flavorful, well seasoned and awesome presentation. We came here to celebrate my Bf bday, brought friends to experience what is kaiseki! We had an awesome time.
