I had high expectations, and Kaizen exceeded them all. The quality of the fish? Top-notch. The Wagyu? Silky perfection. The staff? Attentive and kind. Hands down, one of the best omakase spots in NYC!

Kaizen is an absolute gem! The 15-course omakase was a dream—A5 Miyazaki Wagyu just melted in my mouth, and the Otoro Uni combo was divine! Plus, the complimentary Tuesday sake was a lovely surprise. The chefs are true artists, and the service? Impeccable. Can’t wait to come back! 💯/10—Would recommend to anyone who loves sushi!

I don’t know what sorcery they put in that Kaizen Toast, but it was unreal! The umami explosion was out of this world. Also, the Rock Shrimp Tempura was crispy, light, and packed with flavor. If you haven’t tried it yet, what are you even doing with your life?

Soft, buttery, perfectly grilled Miso Cod made me question my entire existence. How can fish be this good?! Add a Kaizen Lycheetini on the side, and you’ve got yourself an unforgettable night.

Never thought a simple Tuna Tartare could change my life, but here we are. Fresh, silky tuna with creamy avocado and crispy nori? Yes, please! Add caviar, and you’re in foodie heaven.

Who knew a sushi spot would have such amazing desserts? The Vanilla Bean Cheesecake was smooth, creamy, and had the perfect balance of sweetness. That green tea caramel? Unreal! If you have room after omakase, get this!

Absolutely stunning experience at Kaizen! The 15-course omakase was a perfect balance of flavors, textures, and surprises. The Otoro Uni literally melted in my mouth, and the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu was an absolute treat. The chef’s precision and presentation are on another level. Highly recommend the sake pairing

Had the Wagyu Fried Rice for lunch, and let me tell you—this is not your average fried rice! The wagyu is buttery soft, and the crispy onions add the perfect crunch. For $35, it’s totally worth it!

I came here for a casual dinner and was blown away! The Rock Shrimp Tempura is out of this world – crispy, slightly sweet, and full of flavor. The sweet chili sauce takes it to another level. Honestly, I could eat a whole bucket of these!
