Dine from our Bistro Menu for some lovely dishes at amazing value. Please note: this is a reduced promotional menu and as such we cannot guarantee to be able to cater to all dietary requirements. 2 courses for £20 or 3 for £23. It’s available all day Monday - Tuesday and until 6pm on Wednesday – Friday. We’ve worked hard with our chefs to strip things back and keep things really simple. It’s good, hearty, tasty stuff served to you by a team who love what they do. And sometimes you don’t need anything more than that. The portion sizes were very uneven. Turbot was a good size, but the cod portion was bite-sized. I have to say - a bit stingy. Food was average. The service was good. The wine was good.

Delicious food, so well thought out and packed with flavours, knowledgable staff with good conversation which is so rare these days… overall great evening and great value for money. We will definitely be returning for the new menu.

Whilst the food was tasty, it was overpriced. My wife and I shared the sirloin and shared an ice cream and had one drink each and the bill came to £140. The water for the table is charged (£5), just as a heads up and the tip is automatically added (which is fine), again, just a heads up. The ambience is lovely and calm and the staff are friendly.

I am coeliac , separate menu is always a massive plus .My wife who isn’t used the normal menu . We both agreed the food , taste and flavors were excellent . Super service as well X

What an absolute gem of a place! Lovely restaurant with a lovely menu to match. The parkin dessert was the highlight for me - I could eat that again, and again, and again! Highly recommend everything about this place - and we'll definitely be back.

We booked for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and we certainly weren’t disappointed. From been greeted on arrival to leaving service and food was amazing. We had the chicken liver parfait and bacon belly for starters both were super tasty followed by the chicken schnitzel and feather blade of beef, both again were delicious cooked perfectly. We decided to share the cheese plate and again we weren’t disappointed. A great afternoon and will be recommending to others and hope to return in the near future. Thanks to all staff.
