   My complaint is about the price they put 10% extra for the hotel plus taxes. I don't understand why we have to pay 10% hotel taxes if I'm not staying at it.

   It was raining that day, so we had to sit inside. It took quite some time for us to get seated. It looked like they weren't expecting the rain, so they had to clear up tables fast to get people seated. I didn't feel there was much of a view. We sat in a corner by the window, but all you see are lights. The music was too loud. I like to dine at restaurants with music that's not too loud so that I can at least carry out a conversation with the rest of my party. The music here was too loud, so we chose to stay quiet because otherwise we would be shouting to hear each other. I put a note in my reservation that we were celebrating my husband's birthday, but nothing special was done at all during our dining experience, even though the guests that arrived as we were leaving also had a birthday, and the server asked whose birthday it was and brought over balloons. It took quite a while to get our food. I don't think it was that busy because there were still a few empty tables and the entire outside area was empty due to the rain. The food was good. The meat and chicken were cooked well and not too dry. The rice was seasoned well. The salad was okay but not fresh. My husband's tomatoes tasted old. We got the chicken kabobs and the shish kabobs. It's on the pricey side, so expect to pay around $30 per person for the dinner platter. I was looking forward to the experience at this restaurant since it was a special occasion, but I wasn't really impressed and disappointed they didn't even acknowledge my husband's birthday.

   It took an hour and 30 minutes to get service . The restaurant ran out of salads . On top of being ask to tip for poor service. I will not be returning .

   We arrived to the restaurant on time for our late lunch, it was raining so the rooftop area was closed. We arrived and nobody was at the waiting area, waited like a p minutes and someone came from the kitchen and offered us to seat in the indoor area, the AC was not working and they had fans all over the area blowing warm air, the menu card horrible stained and not presentable, water was served in plastic cups and waited for another 15 minutes to someone take the order of the drinks. At the end we left the restaurant. Very disappointed.
