This was our 3rd time coming here, as we’ve loved it before. This time was no different. The food was just as good as we remembered it! Two negatives, however: there was so much cigarette smoke outside we were forced to dine inside which was not our preferred option. Second, they did not have Ouzo - and upon further inquiry, found out it is a Turkish-owned restaurant.

Kalamata does everything right. From the warm welcome to the attentive service to the outrageously fresh and flavorful meal. Every seat was taken, so we weren’t the only ones excited to be there.

We always have a great meal at Kalamata. We had the shrimp appetizer it was yummy. We also tried the salad and artichoke salad. Very tasty. Taziki and pita were outstanding. 8oz skirt steak and rice was also a nice meal!

Excellent food in a charming local setting. Everything we had was excellent -- try the Meze Platter for a start. The restaurant was full, and the staff had trouble keeping up with everyone, but they are very gracious and we enjoyed the whole experience.
