Do not use open table to make reservations as they do not honor the and allow themselves to be over booked. I showed up and there were over 10 reservations at the same time as me and he just took our name down and wrote it on the waiting list. It’s deceitful because you choose this restaurant because you believe you can a reservation and won’t have to wait . When you get there it’s like you don’t have a reservation. When I brought it up they just blamed it on open table which I find hard to believe bcs I’ve used it for other restaurants and it works just fine.

Did not recognize the reservation. Just added us to the list. When questioned, the host was argumentative and disrespectful. Told me he didn’t have any problems. I did talk to the manager and the host apologized to me. He still shouldn’t be in that position. No reason to make a reservation.

Hours online said that they were open. We even made a reservation for 2. Literally got all ready to have dinner with my husband just for an employee to yell out of the door that they were closed. I asked why then I was able to make a reservation and he just said “kitchens closed”. I understand that they were closed but in the long run my time was completely wasted just because they’re online system didn’t reflect their actual hours.

Had brunch date with sisters and son; the service was great. Our food came out quick, warm and tasty. Our waiter was kind and made sure our drinks were refilled promptly.
