Kama offers fresh, bold modern Indian cuisine in downtown La Grange.

The father and son team of Manmohan and Vikram Singh have created a unique menu comprising of dishes from various regions of India and Indian inspired Americana. Following the tradition in Vikram's family kitchen, everything is made from scratch, to order and customized to your taste. The bar program, led by Agnes Kalusiewicz, infuses Indian spices and chutneys into scratch-made syrups, ensuring a unique and bold experience with every sip.

Kama symbolizes aesthetic pleasure of the senses – touch, smell, flavor, vision and sound. Food is our most intimate connection to nature and a source of everlasting memories.

Loved their Drinks! Ambiance was great! Just make sure the “spice level” of your food is at 0 to may be 3. We said level 5 and by the 3rd bite we were sweating!!🥵

Had dinner at Karma Bistro. Our server was amazing and very accommodating. We left her a generous tip for her service. Shortly, after paying our bill, the hostess came to our table and told us to leave. I was shocked beyond words. I told her I just paid over 250.00 for dinner and you're telling me l need to leave. I understand it was busy however, the tone and attitude of the request was very unprofessional and rude. I spoke with the manager and he did acknowledge the hostess could have handled this situation in a more professional manner. However, I'm appalled by the lack of professional courtesy and respect for the customer dinning experience. I have over 42 years in customer care experience and management. I would have never treated a customer this way.

The restaurant is beautiful and the food was very delicious! I had samosas and shrimp and grits with Naan. I will definitely be going back to try other dishes!

Absolutely wonderful experience. The entire staff were attentive, knowledgeable, very vibrant and friendly. They offered recommendations, checked in consistently throughout the night and elevated our dinner experience with their thoughtfulness and genuine personalities. Food was excellent and all protein was cooked perfectly. Would definitely return here for another fun and delicious dinner.
