What a fabulous restaurant and bar. We’ve been coming for 30 years, and it’s never been better than it is now. Beautiful place and the views are to die for.

It is ridiculous to require a two part ‘verification, just to give a review.!! But it our lunch wonderful. The view is amazing. The menu is refreshingly imaginative, the food is superbly presented and prepared. Service was friendly and competent Good wine choice .will come again.

Overal just a bit average. Small portions and we left feeling hungry. Main course wasn’t as hot as it could have been. The food was quite tasty but felt overpriced for what you get. Also the bar area was quite cold and maybe could of done with a few more logs on the fire! The service was good and welcoming.

Had a great lunch in the bar (six diners). Staff very friendly and helpful. We were the only people there and so atmosphere lacking. A freezing day so disappointing log fire was unlit on arrival. Overall a positive experience. Will return.

A wonderful experience in a relaxing stunning location. The waitress was friendly and efficient and the food was excellent and different from the typical fayre served at most restaurants. The prices were reasonable and the overall ambience very relaxing in a stunning location overlooking the lake. I

Lunch midweek. Excellent food and friendly staff. Would go back again. Great vuew from dining room looking out over Lake of Mentieth.

We purposely booked for an early evening dinner on a Sunday and were looking forward to roast dinner which we were informed was not available on a Sunday. In addition they were out of fish and chips and a chicken curry dish. Unfortunately we felt that the food, in particular main courses and desserts, were overpriced and mediocre in quality. We were also served a G&T with soda water instead of tonic and an OJ & lemonade which had to be stirred with a knife!! We will not be rushing back here in a hurry. Such a shame.
