Loved the atmosphere and food. Went for brunch, and shared the breakfast board with three of us and couldn't finish it. Was glad we had reservation because there was line.

Despite having a reservation, we were seated in the bar area where the noise of the music was DEAFENING. The bartender was doing double time taking our order, making drinks, and serving food. Normally when a party has a reservation you would expect to be seated in the regular restaurant area. Also, what is up with the volume of the music? This survey asks about Noise Level and the highest is rated as "Energetic." The volume was well beyond energetic and completely unnecessary. Food was fine and prices were fair, otherwise the overall review score would be less.

Food and service were good. The continuously LOUD music made our dinner un-enjoyable. We could not visit or carry on a conversation, because the music was so loud.

My family celebrated Thanksgiving here and they loved the food! We had the pre-fixe menu served family style. I loved the ambience of the place and they even had a photobooth in the entrance. The service was excellent as well; all of the servers were attentive to our needs, refilled our glasses of water consistently, and various other staff members checked in to make sure everything was going well. Overall it was a great experience and I would certainly go back to try out other dishes on their menu.

Food was A+! Quality, variety, and presentation all great (yes, quantity as well). Service was very good (by the entire service team). Great attitudes all around! Disappointed that we were forced to pay for a dinner for our 5-year-old (>$30) when we told them she didn't want or need it. Moreover, the surprise CNF ("Concession fee) tacked onto the bill is a made-up scam. It is not disclosed prior to the meal and the first time you see it is when you get your bill. If you look it up on-line, you'll see it's a known problem in the area and many establishments have been publicly called out on it and have removed it. There are fora listing these CNF places so that we can all avoid them. Lesson learned here. KBH needs to do the same. until then, I DO NOT recommend KBH.

We stayed at the virgin Hotels and we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. Above all the service was outstanding but that’s is not the case with the food. Check before order because some of the pastas are spicy. The pizza was lightly charred on the bottom. But the drinks were amazing ! The service was fast and professional
