I get that when there is a show at the adjacent theater that it can get busy. We arrived 2 hours prior to the start of the show. While the bar area was full, the other half of the restaurant was empty when we arrived. We looked into the bar area, and there were no seats, so we waited by the stairs for about 15 minutes before anyone seated us and provided menus. There was a line of about a dozen deep behind us, and they were also seated shortly after. 25 minutes after that we walked out without anyone taking even a drink order, yet a few of the small groups that were seated after us received drinks and one group was already eating an appetizer. The waitress never looked our way and would stand with her back toward us. Attempts to flag her over where futile. When we left, we learned why some of the responses to these negative reviews are so hostile. They think they can get away with it because there is nothing else like this in the area. This is the "bright spot" on what had to be a once thriving main street, but now partially vacant and run down. There is a shuttered church across the street, so what does that say? Revitalization begins with those leading the charge to make a positive impact and draw in steady commerce. This place may be good for locals, but for events, they need to set the expectation by keeping someone at the hostess station (or in the least, having a manager keep an eye on the waiting area) to communicate that there is a staffing issue and wait times are high. We would have understood and had more time to find a place outside the area. OpenTable even has a messaging feature that could've been used as we had a reservation. Sadly, we simply now have a reservation for giving them a try.

When we sat down we were the only ones sitting at a table. There were a few people at the bar. We had time so we ordered drinks. My husband got a beer which was fine but my sangria wasn’t that good. We ordered an appetizer- the pretzels. They were cold in the middle. Then I asked for chicken fingers and my husband ordered a burger. It took about 10 minutes for the waitress to come back and tell me they had no chicken fingers so I ordered a burger. My husband’s burger was ok but not real hot. Mine was just ok. Not great. The service was slow. I wouldn’t recommend them. It’s convenient because it’s next to the theater and if you don’t know the area, which was our case, it’s good if you’re going to a show.

Great choice to eat at Kaycee Ray’s! The fish and chips were great as well as my son’s hamburger and my husband’s wings. Drinks were very good and awesome service! Locates next to Landis Theater, best choice to have a quick meal for attending a show!

It was the worst. waited 20 minutes for our drinks. then 40 minutes for Nachos. and cold soggy onion rings. Waitress was inattentive, never asked us if we needed anything. I had to get her attention twice to find out where our food was. the Nachos were missing half their ingredients, cold.. it was horrible. I do not recommend at all.

The service was terrible. We waited an hour, no drinks or food. We actually never got our drinks until we went to the bar, saw our drinks melting there and picked them up. Then, I had to go grab our silverware once our food arrived.

Never again ,We had show tickets so we reserved a table 1 hr and 45 min before, figured we would have a few drinks and dinner first. 2 drinks and no food. Waited over an hr for food then they said that they were out of what we ordered. With 20 minutes til the show they asked if we wanted anything else. We had to cancel the whole food order. Disappointing. I don’t recommend this place. First and last for me

Waited 20 minutes for service and that was us asking several staff members. The waitress who had our table stated she has 7 other tables and wasn’t going to taking care of us. This was said directly in front of our table so we all heard it . Was able to order our food waited 45 minutes with no food mostly was appetizer, we had a show at 8pm made staff aware said food would be out in 30 minutes, after 45 we put money down for our drinks and left. We will never go back to this place we all went without dinner that night . Place sucks and so does the staff . Saw the owner yell at a waitress in front of customers . Heard the place has good food but unfortunately we won’t know.

Took 30 minutes get drinks over 1 hr get food and only got one sandwich my husband didn’t get his luckily they held show so not late but so annoying and didn’t enjoy at all will never go back Waitress told table next to us drinks not coming out of bar if they wanted to go get them they could and they did what a horrible waitress she did nothing but walk around never saw any food or drinks in her hand she was suppybe our waitress but the other waitress gave us everything drink food check that waitress was the worst!!!
