   Great food. Great wait staff. Would have been 5stars across the board but…….i ordered sashimi and nigiri and it came it in approx 20 minutes, perfectly acceptable. My wife ordered 2 rolls. After nearly an hour I finally asked if they had lost our roll order. Our waitress explained they were “slammed” in that part of the prep. After another 15minutes the rolls were brought out 10 minutes apart. Frankly ruined an otherwise great meal/night out.

   Good food but bad experience. We got our entree first and appetizer last. Completely out of order. We were never asked if we wanted another drink after our wine glasses were empty for half our meal. It took us over 30min to get someone to pay our bill.

   The sushi had bones and blood in it and the fatty tuna was like chewing on Cartlidge

   Incredible experience all around! This will be a no-skip restaurant for all future trips to Telluride! Lane is the best

   The foos is ok but when you put egg omelette on a spicy tuna and a salmon avocado roll and you don’t specify that on the menu or when you order it, it’s pretty disappointing.

   The black cod is to die for! The sushi is best I’ve had and that’s saying a lot.

    Rice is made in an insta pot, wasn’t cooked all the way. Sushi is made up of two parts, rice and fish, if rice isn’t good, fish will not be good. They served wasabi that comes in a plastic bag, chef drank during service, and got made at co-worker for talking to us in Spanish. And to top it off we had bone in 2 separate nigiri servings. By far the worst Omakase experience I have ever had.
