Kellari Taverna est situé au coeur de New York City, à seulement quelques rues de la gare Grand Central, Times Square et du quartier des théâtres.     It was great to return after a long hiatus. The renovation made the ambience a much better ne, the service was really outstanding and the food, as always, great. I recommend it as a great experience to anyone visiting New York. Additionally if you have a show to go to, it is close enough of all major theaters as to let you enjoy a delicious dinner and and make you ready to watch in a better mood the show.

    An elegant restaurant. Tables were spaced out intelligently so that there was a sense of privacy. There was low, atmospheric music that didn’t impede on conversation. The food was excellent and the service A+ Our waiter was professional, attentive and friendly. It was our 15th wedding anniversary and the maitre d surprised us with a bottle to celebrate. A real touch of class. We will be back. If you’re having dinner before theatre or just out for the evening, this restaurant is an excellent choice. Highly recommended.

    I have been many times here before. I remembered the food tastier, tomatoes were not what I wasted them to be, tasteful and prices were astronomical. Not sure the quality/price ratio is positive anymore.

    A great pre-show dinner for the 6 of us. The seafood was incredibly fresh. One of our party had the mushroom risotto and another had the lamb chops which were both delicious. The tuna tartare appetizer was excellent.

    Tremendously pleased with my dining experience. The hospitality was exceptional, and the food was both excellent and authentic (I am Greek, I can recognize this). I will absolutely be dining here again.

    Pre-theater dinner is a very good value but my meal was not hot. Food was much better on prior visit.
