Took over an hour to get our food. It was not busy when we got there. but did get busy AFTER we got there. That was the excuse for the long wait. Other tables who came in long after us got served the same time as us. They messed up my order. They forgot my dip, received it at the end of the meal. Almost every single table sent something back. We have been there many times and never has such bad service.

My daughter had a steak that she didn’t like and we returned it and my daughter didn’t want anything else to replace it. She ate the potato and broccoli it came with but the steak was not good. The waitress took it and when I got the bill I didn’t even think to check that it was removed and later looked at the bill and it wasn’t so we paid for a meal that was returned and wasn’t edible. I wasn’t to happy that I paid for a full meal when the main entree was returned.

Quote disappointed by the experience. It wasn’t a busy night but drinks took 20 minutes, apps 30+ min and dinner 45 min after the app to come out. There was a mistake on one of our drinks and that took over 20 minutes to correct. The only good thing was the spinach dip. They messed up the dinner order.

My daughters fries came out undercooked ( very soft ) and not crispy and our waitress was more interested in talking to her friends at a nearby table then taking the time to ask us about our meals and if we wanted another drink. We also waited for about 5-10 minutes after we were done while we again waited for her to finish her conversation with her friends before we could get our bill

Kelsey’s always has great food and a warm inviting atmosphere we always have a great time there!

Ordered 5oz steak sked for well done steak it wasn't and it was warm not hot. I did eat it just covered it with mash potatoes and hp sauce. The road house seafood pasta very bland no flavor Shrimp was good salmon was dry and no crab.

Great food , good sized portions and fair priced. It was wing night so kitchen and servers very busy.
