Not a good experience - It was a busy night and the waitress was working hard to properly serve all her customers. It appeared that the restaurant was understaffed for the occasion (Valentine's Day). We waited an hour for our dinner and one of the meals arrived cold. They offered to warm it up, but it was steak and was already slightly overcooked. When we declined, they offered to cook a new one, but by that time, one of us was already finished their meal and they told us it would take some time to prepare it. We had already waited too long.

I had a great time. I took my mom out for Valentine’s Day and the food was really good, the service was great and it wasn’t to loud which was surprising with how busy it was but overall I had a really good night!!!

Food was cold and server messed up and brought the wrong salad and desert. No offer to compensate after complaint … just apology. Didn’t really expect much from a place like Kelsey’s but usually the burgers are good. Not this time.

The food was absolutely horrible. Had the smash burger quesadilla, one small tortilla cut in four with a fast food burger cut into four with wilted lettuce and awful sauce. Caesar salad was laughable. Wilted lettuce with a quarter tsp of dressing… when I finally found it at the bottom of the bowl. Steak was terrible, twice baked potato was awful. Chicken Alfredo was just passable. Absolutely disgusting frozen food boiled in bags to reheat and served. For the prices being charged this was one terrible experience. Will never return! None of the descriptors in the next question apply.

Our server was good, great suggestions The drinks and food, when they did arrive, because we waited a VERY long time for it, was good. We do realize that it was Friday, and yes, they were busy, but we’ve been there other times when they were busy, but we NEVER had to wait that long, for our drinks and then our food. They should be prepared for this, and have the staff to make sure that their customers are happy!!!

Our server Stephanie and the Manager Danny were both very pleasant and accommodating to our requests. Their customer service is above and beyond great and it’s what other restaurants should aspire to!!!! The food is amazing!!! They have the best of the best in Stephanie and Danny!!!! They are the reason Bolton Kelsey’s is one of our favorite restaurants. !!!
