Dinner was great. We had the Spinach Dip with fried Pita which was a great appetizer to get us started. Our server was prompt and she brought a great energy to her work, when our original drinks were finished she quickly brought us another drink (we order soft drinks) and the drinks came in a larger glass to accommodate our quick pace of finishing the drinks. I ordered the 10oz Steak with a loaded baked potato, steamed brocoli, and a creamy crab sauce with shrimp to go with the steak. She ordered the Chicken Parmesan with Fettuccine and Alfredo and Garlic Toast. We both enjoyed our meals which came out quickly and hot. My steak was ordered medium rare, and it was cooked excellently, quite honestly it was surprisingly good and likely is the best steak I have eaten at a restaurant in quite some time. The service was great, the food was excellent, and overall the experience was magnificent. 10/10 recommend the Gammage Street Kelsey's Location in London. FYI, this was 8pm on a Friday when the restaurant was quite full, so you know the staff as a whole is on point to provide this great quality of service while slammed.

The food was great except the sweet potato fries. They were cold and way under cooked. Wings and burgers were delish. There was a guy playing live music, he was great but it was really loud to talk over and then when he wasn't playing they didn't have anything so it was super quiet and you could hear everyone talking. Overall experience was good and I would go back.

My family of three went here last night for 1/2price wings. We arrived at 630 and were seated in the busiest area of the restaurant, beside 3 parties of least 10 people in each. Our waiter was very polite and friendly but was obviously very busy. We ordered 20 minutes ( took that long to place our order) after arriving and didn’t receive our food until 7:45. Our order was kids pasta and 20 wings with a salad. We waited 55 min for our food! We usually go to the Hyde park restaurant for 1/2 price wings and we can be seated, eat, hangout a bit afterwards and leave in the same amount of time it took for us to get our food! Needless to say we won’t be going back to the Oxford Street restaurant for a while.

The food was cold but the service was good. Our spindip was not even melted and the pita bread was stale.

Really bad food - burgers were tasteless and the presentation was awful. Service was bad too- delayed and when they finally came in, the order was wrong

Great food, although the nachos were kind of cool by the time we got them. Service was decent, but server took a long time to get back to us when we were ready to order, and later, pay.
