                                                                                              It was a super sunny day - mid November - Friday. We wanted a sunny patio. Booked our reservation online for lunch. Arrived at 1:15 pm and found the store was locked up tight and didn't open until 3:00pm. First of all - make the change in Opentable. As a group of hospitality IT people there were plenty of eye rolls over this rookie mistake. You completely missed the boat. We went to Milestones and had a lovely long lunch. Patio was full to covid capacity and when the last car left the parking lot at 3 pm, Kelseys was just getting started.

                                                                                              Would recommend only if friend was looking for a fast meal, in and out. There is no ambience here and service, while prompt and efficient, was without personality or character, just flinging the food, no smile, no small talk, just the basics. We were on our way to the theatre for a girls night out and were hoping for something similar to other locations - we were disappointed.
