    Service was exceptional. Staff was so accommodating. We were running late due to traffic and weather on a busy holiday. It was my daughter’s birthday and they still accommodated us, our server was awesome and would definitely return.

    My husband and I went here for the igloo and it was beautiful. They decorated it so nice and the service and food was exceptional!

    It Got extremely cold because hearter kept going out. No real accommodation to fixing the situation. Understandably that it’s January in Chicago! There should have been other thing to accommodate us once heaters started to fail. An Not a house heater !!!

    Overall we had a good time. The service was excellent and the food was good. All staff we came in contact with were pleasant and accommodating. Only thing I wish was different was the placement of the igloos, you couldn’t really see the skyline. Would definitely recommend for a fun date night.

    My boyfriend and I reserved the igloo, and the ambiance inside it was beautiful. The igloo provided quietness and intimacy that we don't usually get at restaurants, especially for dinner. It was very aesthetically decorated, and we could even connect our phone to the mini bluetooth speaker inside. Our waitress was very happy and energetic, which we loved, and she checked on us often. The view of the city outside the igloo was breathtaking. The downside is if you don't drink alcohol, it's very hard to meet the $85 minimum per person. We had to get 2nd entrees made to go.

    We had an amazing time!!! I highly recommend going. The views, the service, the ambiance, and the food were great! Definitely a good spot for a bday celebration or really any kind of celebration. Our waiters were awesome, so sweet, and super attentive; not in an overbearing way. I would definitely do it again!
