Kenzo Napa, presented by proprietors Kenzo and Natsuko Tsujimoto, is an exceptional, authentic Japanese restaurant featuring a traditional prix fixe kaiseki menu designed by Chef Kenji Miyaishi, located in downtown Napa.

OpenTable allows reservations only 30 days in advance. For long-range planning: reservations@kenzonapa.com. Note that less than 24 hours' notice for cancellation will result in a $200 cancellation fee.

The fusion of Japanese tradition with innovative techniques and presentation is sure to transform all perceptions of Japanese cuisine. Edomae sushi and kaiseki delicacies are created with seafood selections flown in from acclaimed markets in Japan. Every dish is expertly paired with the Kenzo Estate wine collection as an option, along with a selection of fine wines, Japanese sakes and beer in a peaceful environment where the focus is on chef preparation and cuisine.

Kenzo is the proud recipient of 7 consecutive Michelin Star awards, noted for sake and wine lists.

Kenzo is an amazing experience. A quiet intimate setting really sets the tone and helps you to fully experience the meal. The staff are amazing and attentive and the way they work together with the chefs to make your meal fit your pace is amazing. Now on to the important, the food, the food is amazing and displayed Japanese cuisine beautifully. The stand outs from my meal were the Sushi course, Alaskan Black Cod, Wagyu Tenderloin, and the Mie Samara Mackerel Sashimi. I would definitely return perhaps when the menu changed again for a new experience.

One of the truly best dining experiences of my life and of my son. The food was impeccable and the service and attention to detail was extraordinary. Highly recommended!!

The food quality was great! The services were excellent. The seasonal menu includes great selections of fish and meat. A great dining experience.

Can’t believe this is a Michelin starred restaurant. Food was bland and poorly cooked. The wine paring was a collage of kenzo berry spritzers. Staff was nice but couldn’t remember water choice. Not worth the money.

We waited for something to excite me and my wife but after 8 courses we wanted to pay the bill and depart. I have lived in Japan for years and we just came back from a trip to Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima so we know Japanese food. Kenzo was tasteless. It just wasn’t good. We have been to Michelin Japanese restaurants in the US that were so good but this was not! We had some of the best and this was one of the most disappointing experiences and no value for the price. The service was 5 star but the food was not. Not worth the visit.
