Das ursprüngliche Kesselhaus der Brauerei Quenzer hat seinen industriellen Charme beibehalten und verleugnet seine Herkunft nicht. Beim Gang durch die Räume trifft man immer wieder auf altes Interieur und wird in bereits vergangene Zeiten entführt. Der ehemalige Kesselraum beherbergt die Vinothek mit ausgewählten Weinen. Der alte Kontrollraum ist heute ein Gastraum – er kann für Feierlichkeiten gemietet werden. Für alle, die den Sommer gerne draußen genießen, hat das Kesselhaus eine Terrasse.
