Kiln is a small restaurant in the heart of the Ouseburn. We make everything ourselves and push to be better than the day before.

We serve brunch every morning from 10am to 4:30pm.

Our Mediterranean & Middle Eastern inspired tapas style menu is served from 5pm to 10pm.

Our great coffee, homemade cakes and cocktails are served all day - and we’re dog friendly!

Please inform the staff of any allergies when booking & due to the nature of our menu please note we cannot accommodate anyone with a severe nut or sesame allergy.

    Lovely lunch with friends today. Service was excellent with someone who clearly enjoyed his job and explained the menu for us. Food was good and nobody minded us lounging over coffee/tea. Highly recommend and dog friendly too!

    Me and my wife went at lunchtime. We had booked which I suggest you do as it was full all the time we were there, even outside in December. ! The staff are really friendly and pleasant and the ambience of the whole place is relaxed. The menu isn't extensive but what they serve up is very high quality food. I had the steak and eggs on a sourdough bread and my wife had a pide ( a pizza type flatbread ) and both were exceptional. I look forward to returning to sample the evening menu.

    So cosy and absolutely delicious brunch. Will definitely go back when pottery sessions are running again (January)

    What a gorgeous experience! We were sat at the window to the pottery workshop and what a treat that was! Thank you so much especially to our amazing waiter Alex who guided us through the food and drinks menu, we were not disappointed! First visit and definitely won’t be the last!!!
