   Pros: You get the Tulum experience. Interior feels like a treehouse mansion. Rooftop is pretty on a nice day - be sure to get there before sunset to enjoy the jungle and ocean views. The other lounge areas are also nice and casually confortable. There are floating nests in the restaurant where you can sit and relax with a drink or two. Cons: Overpriced food (starts at $75 usd per item) for a non-Michelin restaurant. We paíd close to $300 for 2 regular-sized entrees (no sides) a bottle of water and tip. Service is not up to par with other restaurants in the area. And while the ambience is good, it does not justify the food price. The place can also be a bit dim during dinner service with just faint yellow lights around the restaurant. Overall, it’s still a place to experience (the art and architecture of the building and the rooftop views). However, with the pricey menu, I think you can still enjoy the place with just a drink or small bites.

   Kin Toh is definitely Instagram-worthy, but that’s about all it’s good for. The service was terrible—slow, inattentive, and unorganized. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least decent food and service, but neither delivered. The food was completely tasteless and absolutely not worth the ridiculous prices. It’s clear they care more about appearances than the actual dining experience. If you’re going just for photos, maybe it’s worth a stop. But if you’re expecting good food or service, look elsewhere. Total waste of money.

   Overpriced for what you get, staff is rude and make you feel like a peasant , especially the frond desk girls. The place looks like a 5 year old build it!

   Great experience! Very pricey but beautiful views. You have to pay extra for outdoor table. I’d recommend just going for drinks

   This was our second time going first time was amazing second time was awful. Food was great the service was off the charts horrific. We were there for 3 hrs and got offered one drink. This is one of the worst places I have been to service wise and the waiter tried to steal my phone at the end and was caught when my phone went off in his pocket and lite up our entire table saw and he still said he didn’t have my phone. We tried to talk to the manager about it and he would not talk to us. AWFUL!

   Definitely would have like to gone during the day instead of night so I can see the views the restaurant is known for definitely not the same at night. Best tomahawk steak I’ve ever had hands down. Those carrots zucchini and potatoes were delicious too. Would definitely go back for again

   Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht und sie überbuchen die Tische bewusst, damit sie noch Umsatz an der Bar machen können, während man auf seinen Tisch wartet. Das Personal ist nett, höflich und sie geben sich Mühe. Das Essen war ok, aber viel zu teuer. Ich würde nicht wieder hingehen.

   First, upon our arrival, we were made to wait a long time before being allowed to go up, causing us to miss the sunset, which is the most spectacular feature of the venue, particularly from the terrace. The food was disappointing; the meat was terrible and lacked flavor. It was supposed to be A5 Wagyu ribeye, but it clearly was not. Later, during the New Year’s countdown, the experience was extremely disheartening. There was a significant lack of organization for a New Year’s Eve celebration, and what we paid for did not match the experience we received.

    Horroroso Comimos feo, frío, sucio e incómodo. La comida horrible y el servicio muy malo, los meseros hacen lo que pueden con la poca o nula capacitación que tienen. Por el mismo precio lamenté mucho no haberme ido a La Casa de la Playa a recibir el año, en donde la calidad y el servicio están garantizados. Lamentablemente todas las malas reseñas que tienen son ciertas.
