   The food is good, but the shortage of staff made for an uncomfortable dinner. Despite the lack of other waiters/waitresses, our waitress was very pleasant and I felt very sorry for her because she had so many tables to handle.

   The service was very slow, and our waitress rarely checked on us—we had to rely on other staff for things we needed. We wanted to order dessert but didn’t want to risk having to wait extensively. We requested extra lemons and old bay but ended up waiting so long that we decided to do without. We came for the throwback happy hour, as we usually go to the M St location, where the service is faster and much better. I do like the location and ambiance here, though!

   Our meals was great; pan seared salmon, tuna salad and the fish and chips. Our meals are always worth the visit. Bravo to the Chef. The hostess, Cinnamon was a delight! She was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. We always appreciate the service, and professionalism of the staff whenever we visit.

   We dined outside and the setup was very nice and inclusive. More diners were out than inside. Our waiter was awesome, clearly knew their menu completely, and made excellent recommendations. Wonderful time, great offerings, and could not beat the experience.

   Our waiter was slow and a bit indifferent. Drinks were slow in coming. Would have drank more, but…did not ask about dessert. His loss - we weren’t drinking happy brands

   We love this place. The oysters, the people, the menu variety, and quality of all the food. Excellent. It’s become one of our “go to” places.

    We sat outside, so I can't really comment on noise level. Menu is expansive, and food was delicious (best salmon salad I've had in years), but the parking rate was outrageous. Guess we stayed too long chatting after dessert.
