Went for my son’s 8th birthday, it’s his favorite place. I emailed 2 weeks in advance and they wouldn’t give us a reservation because our group was small. Fine, it was a Thursday and we didn’t have to wait for bowling. But they might have mentioned that a group of 200 had taken over the rest of the building so we couldn’t play pool or air hockey. I’m sure they had that booked already when I emailed. That was one unhappy birthday boy. If I’d at least been able to tell him in advance, he would have been prepared for the disappointment.

The food and mixed drinks were sub par in the groups opinion; the chicken wings were too large and under cooked while the drinks were bitter and distasteful. The service was moderately argumentative and mildly resistant to resolve issues with the food and drinks. Otherwise we had a blast, the atmosphere was lively and energetic; the live DJ as well as the bowling saved the night!

I BOOKED KINGS FOR MY 51ST BIRTHDAY, WITH 12 OF MY FAMILY AND FREINDS, AND WHEN I FIRST GOT THERE , THE HOSTESS CALLED ME SUE, MY NAME IS ROBIN, THEY HAD MY RESERVATION UNDER A SUE SCOTT. BUT THEN WE WERE SEATED, I PAID FOR A GROUPON COUPON, BECAUSE THERE WERE SO MANT OF US, I DID NOT READ THE FINE PRINT, AND WE WANTED TO DO SOME POOL SHOTING BEFORE BOWLING, BUT THE RATE WAS $18.00 A HOUR, OUTRAGEGOUS. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ANYWHERE WHERE A GAME OF POOL WAS $18.00 AN HR, SO WE JUST ATE AND BOWLED. IT WAS FUN AND OUR WAITER I BELIEVE HIS NAME WAS DYLAN REAL NICE GUY, HE WAS VERY GOOD NAD COURTEOUS. I THINK THEY NEED TO UPDATE THEIR SHOES, VERY GOOD AND RAN OVER. BUT OVERALL IT WAS OK AND I AS THE BIRTHDAY GIRL WAS HAPPY TO SPEND TIME WITH MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

We last came about 8 years ago! It was under new name and management this time. Still just as amazing! The food and atmosphere was amazing!

We had a great time at King's, but our service was slow and didn't get everything we ordered. We will def be back to give it another go. But hopefully the service will be quicker next time. Loved all of the games and the quickness we got to a bowling lane though. Great atmosphere.

Our waiter was AWESOME!! Was very helpful and gave us great recommendations. The staff at the desk where you pay for bowling and games was nice but as much as it costs I shouldn’t have to constantly ask for items I have purchased. Additional tokens etc. I also felt there should be more people there to assist. Seems like the area was slow to get cleaned after people ate and drank. Overall it was fun but I feel the customer service needs work considering what you are paying.

Elijah was outstanding! He was very attentive to our party and didn’t miss a beat to serve us and make us feel welcome. He was patient, kind, very knowledgeable and professional. You guys need more Elijah’s!
