Welcome to The King's Head Blofield, a gastro pub nestled in the heart of Blofield. We take pride in serving the finest local ales, craft beers, and a seasonal menu sourced from local producers. Under new ownership since July 2023, our pub has been a cherished part of Blofield's community since 1836, and this change in ownership is dedicated to preserving its legacy for many years to come.

This past summer, we undertook extensive renovations including a new kitchen, state-of-the-art equipment, a reimagined bar layout, and an exciting outdoor adventure play area for children. Our exterior has also undergone a beautiful transformation with the addition of flower beds, shrubs, trees, and bushes. We're proud to be a dog-friendly establishment, so your four-legged friends are more than welcome.

We have visited many establishments for a roast dinner & this has to be one of the we have tried .. service was top notch & food amazing .. waitress suggested trying the dessert & I have to say the spiced apple crumble was delicious & we will definitely be visiting again

What a fiasco! We ordered our food, and I went to the loo before eating. The Ladies was out of order, with an instruction on the door to use the disabled toilet. I waited outside a locked door, with no sound from within, so spoke to the waitress. She didn't even know what I was talking about, but went to ask the manager and came back to say that the disabled loo was unlocked, and there must be someone in there (no sound of movement, running water, hand dryer for several minutes??). I went back and there was someone there and sounds clearly audible. A lady, whom I assumed to be the manager, came and spoke to me, telling me that the ladies' loo had been OK on Saturday evening, but not working on Sunday morning..... I stood there for ages while a mum was more interested in keeping her children amused than getting on with the job. Finally, I got to do what I had been waiting for, and returned to our table, to find that my meal had been there for some time. There is a glass door between the area leading to the kitchen and the porch where the loos are and, during my prolonged wait, every member of the waiting staff had seen me standing there. No-one, it seems, had the wit to delay serving the food until I returned. The roast beef and trimmings were beautifully cooked from good ingredients, and should have been delicious, but it was tepid by the time I got to eat it, and I had to bolt it down before it went completely cold. Just after I started eating, the waitress came with the usual "Is everything OK?", and I told her the food had gone cold, but she just smiled sympathetically. A different waitress asked the same question when we'd finished, and I repeated the comment, but I just got a commiseration. I would have thought that, since the problem was due to their inadequate facilities, I might have been offered a replacement meal by the first waitress or some reparation by the second. I hope the chef knows how little the waiting staff care whether his food is enjoyed!

Wonderful front of house lady who accommodated us when we were late for a table booking. Superb food and lovely staff. Highly recommend.

Busy Sunday lunchtime, good atmosphere among like minded people. Service excellent, great food served on large plate which I always find helpful. Price was right and will definitely return soon.

Hayley and her team delivered excellent service and food. The quality, flavours and presentation were outstanding. I will definitely book again.
