   Phenomenal service, experience, staff. I cannot rant enough about this world class, low key, yet upscale experience. The A5 wasn’t available so we had the tomahawk (split between 2/3) and the ribeye. The flavors had me meeting my maker, sauces to die for and management and staff cater to your experience. We drove 5 hours to get here and absolutely plan to do it again.

   Thank you for your feedback. All our advertising (including the email confirmation for all reservations) clearly states that our Unlimited Wagyu Dinner experience is Sunday to Tuesday from 4:30 to 9:30.

   The overall experience was mid. We planned on enjoying the all you can eat Wagyu but it ends at 9:30 our reservation was at 10:30. We decided to stay and enjoy the dinner. I had the flatiron steak and my lady had the Caesar salad with steak. All of the meat tasted unseasoned. For some reason on this rainy Tuesday night they were playing house music. I don't mind house music but it didn't suit the mood or ambiance in my opinion. Our drinks while tasty had a ton of ice and didn't taste like there was much alcohol in them. I also think they could benefit from some kind of bread option while you're waiting for your appetizers. Our server was nice enough, but the food was just so meh, his service couldn't save that. I considered going back next week to try and catch the all you can eat Wagyu but the taste and quality of the meat we had for dinner gives me pause about what they serve during all you can eat.

   Service was beyond outstanding. Food was great and cooked to perfection every round. The drinks were strong but very tasty.

   Food was slow turn around which maybe understandable for all you can eat. They were also busy. But towards the end it was more consistent. The meat wasn’t always consistently cooked ranged from well done to rare every round differed.

   Unfortunately, steak was cold and flavorless. When we told our waiter about how cold the steak was, the manager arrived with a new plate (which was kind after we had just asked that our steaks just be heated on the grill longer), but astonishingly he said that he touched the steak and it was not cold. That frankly was insulting as the steaks were literally colder than room temperature when they were brought to our table and were likely colder by the time the waiter had removed and the manager touched them in the kitchen. It took us over 20 minutes and more than the amount of time for 2 rounds of steak to arrive for us to receive more onion rings and fries. When they arrived at the table with us thinking they were delayed because perhaps they were in the process of being cooked (i.e., they might be too hot to immediately eat which would be fine), both the onion rings and fries were also cold meaning the delay was not due to them just having been fried. The steak was tender but it was not salted adequately or seasoned in any way which is why we needed to ask for and douse them with salt and pepper. The steak even had a “package” odor and taste which was very disconcerting. Our waiter was very kind, and I don’t fault him for the quality or temperature of the steak or the manager’s comment which added insult to injury, but I don’t know whether the delay of the rings and fries was due to him or someone else’s fault not delivering these sides when we requested.

   Was excited all week to try their $55 all you can eat Wagyu. The steak cut is far from wagyu it was cold for every temperature we got and the meat was so chewy. You are better off going to a local diner for your value, I will never be stepping foot back into this establishment. The steak they serve you looks nothing like what is shown on the social media advertisements. It is close to criminal what they advertise opposed to what they give you.

   Overall experience was great! Only thing is I wish the website clarifies what is included in the unlimited wagyu and also the servers should explain it well to first-timers. The unlimited wagyu is only rib-eye. If you look at the menu nowhere it says this and one assumes that whatever is in the Wagyu Selection of the menu is part of the unlimited. The server did explain that it is served family style.

   Overall everything was great from our server Roccos’s attentiveness and professionalism to the food. However, given the pricing certain items should have a better size portion. For example the sliders should at least be a serving of 4 burgers not 3 and the meatballs the same instead of 2 small meatballs. Would definitely revisit in the future.

    Kings of Kobe is a must-visit for any meat lover. The quality of the Wagyu beef is exceptional, the beef just melts in your mouth, and the AYCE deal is an incredible value. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff. The only change I would like is that instead of the mac and cheese balls, a salad was an option on the AYCE. I highly recommend this place for a memorable dining experience.
