Our server was terrific and very knowledgeable and accommodating. Food was priced well and tasted great. Meal took a little long to come out but worth the wait. Enjoyable evening. Only recommendation would be to close off the dining room from the lobby. Will recommend for sure!

We visited for on Mother's Day for the brunch buffet. Lots of variety and everything was delicious. The service was exceptional! Only thing I would've preferred is homemade desserts but I understand that is difficult on a buffet. I would have been pleased with a couple of homemade options instead of several pre-made ones. Overall, a really great experience.

Been their twice. First time, only one other occupied table and we waited over an hour to get our entrees which almost made us late for our scheduled event that evening. We gave ourselves 2 hours to ensure we didn’t miss our event, and in the end, were ‘shovelling’ our food down in order to be on time. The $30 lobster meal consisted of 1/2 of a wilted tail and a tiny claw thrown onto tasty mashed potatoes with a few peas. However, the Rocket Salad and wings were wonderful. The Filet Mignon was good, only cold (with 2 occupied tables in the restaurant). Our 2nd experience had us sharing the ‘space’ with a loud wedding reception. It was very noisy. The BBL bistro layout is not a romantic evening out, even though pricing reflected a 5 star which it’s not. Restaurant appeared under staffed with 1 server and an occasional helper serving 5 tables. Our server attempted niceties but she was overwhelmed. The Flight & Bite appetizer was over priced, offering 5 tiny ‘bites’ to eat with 5 beer samples (chosen by the restaurant, not the customer). Wings were very good again. The house burger was good but ordinary for $17. The chicken burger was also ordinary with us not knowing if it consisted of ‘true’ white meat or a white meat patty. As we were there for almost 3 hours, we asked for our flavoured coffee ‘to go’, and while on our way home, we discovered it was not a flavoured coffee but what seemed to be a regular style. Disappointing when we spent over $100 each time. Growing pains?

My wife and I have been a few times and loved it so we've been back a couple of times since to bring some friends to show them how good it is. Big menu with lots of options, same caliber of food as some of the other "finer dinning" establishments in Fredericton but at better prices. Staff are really friendly and know their stuff. The fish tacos are fantastic, my wife and I have got them each. Technically an app but they come with a side so its enough food for a main. Also had the blackbean burger and for a veggie option its great!

Amazing experience, thought the food was great. My only complaint was that I ordered the lobster off the menu and they came back and told me that they only had frozen lobster none fresh.

The food was amazing. We chose options from the a la carts menu. Everything was raveable! On the downside, the wine list had too many low end choices. And we were overcharged on our wine. The server was very pleasant and helpful. One issue - I could not add a tip amount - it had to be a percentage of the total bill. The total included the HST. This really makes me angry. If it’s not illegal, it certainly is just WRONG. The restaurant is open to the lobby which makes it very noisy. Teenagers in town were in the lobby area & adjacent hallways and were hollering back and forth. Teens will be teens, but maybe doors at the end of the halls would be better. Perhaps a buffer is needed between the dining area and the large open foyer/lobby/reception desk. Too much traffic and consequential noise to enjoy the dining area. I would recommend BUT with lots of cautions.
