   The staff were very friendly and I don't know if we caught them on an off day but it was very hard to gain their attention to ask for extra drinks or anything. Waiting time is what bought the rating down. Value for money and the experience was really fun!

   First time visiting so not sure what to expect - excellent food and service with very helpful staff who explained everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would return. Monday happy hour all day is a great incentive to visit there at the start of the week. Thanks for an enjoyable evening! 😀

   Despite coming to this restaurant for years and always having great experience I would give this particular experience 1 star as cannot give 0, due to the appalling service we received. We been served apparently by the manager and it was terrible. Only because of her I would not come back to this restaurant again.

   I made a reservation here running late but I called to say we will be 20 minutes and they let me know its okay they will hold the table for me so I was relieved. Getting there the service was great food was delicious just like the first time i went. 10/10!

   The experience fell well below expectations. From the moment we arrived, we had to raise our hands to request basic service constantly. The table was so dirty we ended up cleaning it ourselves with hand wipes. Several dishes lacked flavour, leaving much to be desired. While the staff were fantastic and clearly working hard, they were stretched too thin to provide adequate service. The dining area was uncomfortably cold due to the air conditioning, forcing my wife to wear her coat throughout the meal. To top it off, the restroom was in poor condition—dirty and without any paper for drying hands. This visit was a stark contrast to our previous experience, which we had thoroughly enjoyed. Sadly, the overall quality of the service, food, and environment has significantly declined since then. It wasn't very pleasant.
