   We experienced an incredibly long wait for our food, despite there being only two of us and ordering something simple—a soup, a burger, and the chicken breast. It took over an hour for the food to arrive, and during that time, no one checked in or offered any explanation or apology until we flagged our waiter down. There were only about 10 people in the restaurant total, so it’s not like they were overwhelmed. Since we were only in Galway for two nights, this ended up taking up a big portion of our first evening, which was really disappointing. Food was decent, but not worth the wait.

   Maybe I caught them on an off night. But this was a disappointing experience. Food was mediocre and service was lacking.

   Delicious food , particularly liked the prawns and pulled pork spring rolls starters Lovely fresh food and salads .

   Good food and nice ambience but probably the worst service we had experienced in ireland. Felt like we were a bother to even be there. I don’t think the server ever even said hello, thank you, or anything other than “so are you ready to order.” It was borderline awkward.

    Unfortunately not a great dining experience for us. My husbands meal was over cooked and tough - strip loin steak and mine was very bland with no taste - salmon fillet and smoked haddock risotto. The restaurant is lovely inside and the staff were very helpful but the food was a big disappointment 🙁
