   Our server was busy tending to a larger party, totally understandable. However, there should be people hired to “run” his food/drinks when he’s tied up. We ordered appetizers and waited 45 minutes-1 hour, which then came out with our main food. We ordered a side of fried rice that came out once we were completely finished w our meals. We said to take it back, we’re all finished up and ready to leave. He said he could pack it to-go w no charge (which was nice and appreciated), but the bill still charged us for the rice and then he said he couldn’t take it off despite saying he would. Our drinks were also extremely slow to come and be refilled, even the water. Again, there should be more staff going around to fill waters, run appetizers/food when it comes out hot and ready. The prices are way too steep to have such poor service. We come regularly, but will probably give them a break for a while after all this.

   Our party of seven sat in the bar area. We have many favorite rolls so with our group we got to enjoy many of them! Top favorites tho are the Crabby Joe and the Hawaiian. Drink of the night for most - Asian Pear martini - so good! Service as always, top notch! Thank you Kitaro!

   Firecracker sushi always a great choice. Brussel sprouts I feel like has changed, not as seasoned/tasty anymore. Server was ok, not attentive. Over good experience.

   This restaurant can still make it. But it has to do better than what my wife and I experienced. The positives: great food menu, the food itself, the vibe (on the bar side, as far as we could see it). The negatives: currently too high price range for what is offered, service was measured (not friendly) and not impressive (forgot soy sauce and side salad), the host put us at the worst possible table (booth): where guests entered, where staff came out of or went into the kitchen, where pick-up food was prepared. As such we missed a good vibe (which we thought most of the other tables/booths did experience, whether in the bar area or at the window) and a romantic dinner was far away. Not sure if we'll return but if we do, we'll give it some time in the hope the management can figure it out.

   We sincerely apologize for the shortcomings in service and for seating you at a less desirable table. Your experience with the forgotten soy sauce and side salad, as well as the overall service, is not up to our standards. We understand how this impacted your evening, especially for a dinner that was meant to be more romantic.    We were immediately greeted and seated. Nice selection of house drinks and a full bar. Love the appetizer choices. The sea bass was extraordinary.

   Best crab ragoon I ever had. Chicken ramen very good. I would order it again. Lemon salmon a go to roll.
