Very nice meal, the on line ordering system failed in the bar failed, had to go and get the drink ourselves after waiting 30 minutes for them to arrive. The food was delicious and the staff very polite.

They sent me an email about Chefs special oysters and wine package. Day one and they had no oysters.

We have been there many times over the years twice in last 3 weeks and feel the food is not as tasty lately the menu is limited we will try another venue for a change bring back the chilli garlic fettuccine and we could be back

We’ve always had a great time at K34 & Burleigh Bears in general. The menu changes occasionally & there’s usually specials on offer. Very happy diner.

The food was lovely but the services was quite slow and the tables weren't cleared quickly enough and that seemed to bring flies.

Menus has changed since last visit, quite disappointing. Ordered starters and mains. They tried to deliver mains while we were still half way through starters. They took meals back, probably to sit under the warmers. Chicken djitzek was so dry and overcooked it was almost inedible.

Hubby and I came to celebrate my birthday. I had a buy 1 get 1 free coupon. We both had fish, it was delicious. Very quiet night and didn’t have to wait long for our meals. Staff were friendly and all smiling.

Very disappointing ordered the Sticky Koji chicken wings came out under cooked still bloody when I bit into them so had to return them all the did was refry them and sent them back to me, Also the chicken parmigiana came out cold and not great , the remaining two dishes witch consisted of coconut prawns and salsiccia pizza were average at best. Its a shame i have enjoyed meals here in the past .

Roast dinner was inedible. Potatoes had been roasted to a cinder with no potato inside. Pumpkin similar. Pork was pink in the middle, which should not happen either pork. For the first time in years we complained and was offered another meal. Very disappointed as normally very good. We felt it was lunch leftovers reheated.
