   As someone who’s visited Kitchen + Kocktails in Dallas and DC, I enjoyed this experience although the service started off very slow. Our server was very inattentive to where we almost left after being seated for nearly 10-15 minutes without greeting. Our party decided to stay because we also wanted the quality time with one another. When our server did make her way to us it was in long increments that made us just say “once we get her attention, we’ll have to order everything at once because it’ll take too long for her to come back”. She explained she wasn’t supposed to be our waitress and had just picked this table up which is not something you should say to guests although understandable. We had to ask for the same items multiple times before they were brought to us. The food was delicious as always. The trinity rolls were fresh and a great appetizer. Our entrees were plentiful and hot! It was the comfort food we all needed yesterday. I had the braised short rib. It was tender and juicy. My only ask/wish is that it had a tad bit more sauce/gravy. My parents enjoyed the chicken fried chicken and the pork chops. The sizes were plentiful and seasoned decently. Outside of the food, the “Kocktails” were elevated in price especially for their serving size. After the initial “newly opening” kinks are resolved with the wait staff, I’m sure we’ll be back but probably won’t be having libations.

   Everything about this place was great. The service the food the drinks different people walk around to make sure everything is okay it’s just great definitely 10/10

   Good food but overpriced drinks really take the cake. Not to mention the $11 bottle of water that they fail to tell you about.

   40 min wait after reservation time. Dinner served 1.5 hours later. Saturdays are busy but wait is entirely too long.

   We were 3 min late and our table was given away.. they offered my husband and I a table top which was in the middle of the restaurant sitting next to several other people, very tight, they were out of the frozen drinks we really wanted.. the waitress came to us once and never returned we never got to order the menu seemed over priced.. so we gathered our things and left never got to try anything.. its more of lounge club vibe if that’s what your into you may enjoy it..

   Chelsea our server was an awesome host. She knew the menu and ga e great hints. She was also very attentive to our needs.

   It was my husband's 50th birthday. He really enjoyed everything. The food and service was great! The atmosphere was wonderful! We had a wonderful time.

   The prices didn't match the taste and quality of the food and drinks. Our waitress was great but the overall service was a no for me. I wouldn't recommend nor would I return.

    Check in process was quick and easy. Atmosphere was nice. Nice place..Food waa good. Service waa good. Will definitely return. The only confusion was that, I booked stating we were celebrating a birthday, they made mention it at the door when I came in but thats it. Was hoping the waitress was going to include a slice of cake or dessert for the birthday person but No. In any case, everything was nice.
