The services was okay. It took 40 minutes for the food to come to the table. The food was terrible. It was too salty for my tastebuds. I will never go back there again.

Host was u believable. Had reservation set, came in and sat/stood close to the front waiting for table to get ready. She tried taking us way upstairs and around 3 corners away from everything and everyone to tell us to sit and wait here for our table. Totally unacceptable. We took it upon ourselves to let her know we will be going back down stairs to where we were to wait to be seated instead and was seated maybe 5 min after going back down. Other than that the place and food was great. The person who actually waited on us was amazing as well.

As someone visiting from out of town and created food content reviews , I had high expectations for Kitchen + Kocktails based on all the buzz. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. I made a reservation through OpenTable, yet my party still had to wait over 35 minutes to be seated. When we were finally seated, it was at the worst possible table—right by the door on the coldest day of the year. With the door constantly opening and closing, the cold draft made it unbearable. We asked the hostess three times to be moved, but the host rudely dismissed us without an explanation, simply saying, “No., we can’t ” Meanwhile, we watched multiple parties (4 parties to be exact )who arrived after us get seated comfortably, with no effort made to accommodate us. Frustrated, we decided to move to the bar on our own. By this point, 1 member of my group had already left due to the poor service and lack of care from the staff. Unfortunately, things didn’t get any better at the bar. My food took 56 minutes exactly to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold. I sent it back, only to be met with hesitation and attitude. At that point, I had lost my appetite entirely—I paid for my meal and gave it to a homeless woman outside. Overall, I left feeling extremely disappointed. I had high hopes for this restaurant and was excited to experience what so many people had raved about. Instead, I was met with poor service, dismissive staff, long wait times . I truly hope they can get it together because the potential is there—but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it

The worst experience ever… I will not return here.. they don’t honor their reservations.. we ended up leaving after waiting 45 mins and paying $28.00 to park.. I am very upset!!!

Took 2 hours to get our food. Was told incorrect information regarding pricing on menu and had to ticket corrected 3 times. Food taste great but experience was not.

We visited for valentines and there wasn't a valentine menu, cocktail or decor. The dress code wasn't enforced. My experience was very mediocre.
