   Very friendly welcome , food was delicious , staff attentive and assertive ,atmosphere lovely and toilets extremely clean .

   We got the roast, the chicken one looked a bit anaemic but the beef was tasty. Live music playing which was a nice atmosphere. There were some dogs allowed in which didn’t bother us. Service was great in the beginning and then after we asked for the dessert menu, we never saw the server again .

   Food took far too long to appear...40mins from arriving at the restaurant reception point, straight into to be seated but then waited far too long for a burger and a pizza to arrive and at some point we were given a complimentary bowl of olives, I don't like olives so only to be eaten by partner. Very few diners so I am not sure what the difficulty was. On another note, as I am not sure my review of the hotel was recorded elsewhere, the shower at the hotel (The Stratford) was cold in the morning and on reporting it the same morning at checkout I was asked had I reported it. Not sure what they expected me to do, phone whilst in the shower! Overall lovely staff but someone needs to grip restaurant and dining.

   The wait staff were perfect. Out table was booked for 1pm on 02/11/24 and the two ladies looking after us were impeccable. They were helpful, patient, thorough and attentive. I’ve dined here 4 times and every time is 10/10 service. You have a great team. Keep them happy!

   This is a restaurant in a large draughty lobby where we had brunch. Our drinks order was missing an item which we had to chase up twice, and the food, while good quality, was tepid on arrival. The servers were pleasant, but the service process is flawed.

   Food was really good and well priced. Loved the atmosphere, though the music was a bit loud for a lunchtime. Would expect that volume later on around 8pm or later. The service received from the staff there was excellent. They could have done with more staff though, as there were a few large groups in at the time. I would go back. It's just a few steps from Westfield Stratford and it was nice to have a quick mooch around the shops afterwards. Oh, we had the bottomless brunch 🙂.

    Would not come back to this restaurant. Booked for the bottomless brunch but only received one cocktail that I had to wait 30minutes for? Our waitress was clearly stressed but was lovely and tried her best. Felt very catered for in terms of my allergies but the food was just not good enough. Poor quality steak that was cooked very rare and not medium, cold chips and egg served. Our waitress was so busy that we were waiting for ages for ketchup, mayo & was no where to be seen as we wanted our steaks cooked further. I was also charged full price instead of the £35 advertised. Beautiful looking restaurant but poor food and service, would not be back.
