   We loved this restaurant. First: the restaurant itself. It’s set in a courtyard of blooming foliage and old brick and stone walls of partially destroyed buildings; it evoked nostalgia and a sense of renewal. Second: the staff. They were extremely attentive and kind. At the end of the meal, they gave us a treat of delicious chocolate mezcal and sent us home with a mini loaf of sourdough bread to have for breakfast the following morning. Third: the food! I had the catch of the day in cream sauce with fresh vegetables and it was very very good. I tried a few of my husband’s French fries which were cooked in beef tallow and would go back if those fries were the only thing on the menu! It’s a romantic spot for two but we look forward to sharing it with friends.

   Nice out outdoor seating. Daniel was a wonderful waiter he shared menu recommendations. The jalapeño shrimp and sourdough bread was excellent. We did the price fixed menu. So we try a bit of everything. I dint care for all of the options, but I still enjoyed the creative menu. Dessert was good ,a Carmel Pot and a chocolate mousse

   This is our second visit in our 2 week stay in San Jose del Cabo. It is by far our favorite. It is small and intimate. Love the ambiance and the open kitchen . They just hum together a d work like a well oiled machine or a perfect dance. We loved their grilled beets on Gorgonzola. So delicious so we had to order it again. I enjoyed the fresh catch of the day and my husband the seafood rice. We indulged with their salted Carmel dessert. It was a perfect completion to a beautiful meal

   We opted to try the pre set menu at 1100 pesos pp. Pics of courses below although I forgot to take a pic of the main. We swapped the beets for tomatoes since we are not beets fans. Both the pork belly and sea bass were fabulous. We enjoyed this option for our first time because they served their most popular dishes all Tapas style for every course. While it didn’t seem like a lot of food quantity wise, the quality, taste, and presentation was incredible, and we were totally stuffed in the end. For dessert, we had the chocolate mousse which was too chocolatey for us but it was tasty; the dulce de leche caramel crumb dessert was amazing and I love lemon so opted for a lemon tart a la carte which rocked and had to take home cause we were too stuffed.

   What a great find, we were so happy with this restaurant. The staff were excellent. Every bite was delicious. We loved being able to see in to the kitchen and it was clear a lot of attention went in to every dish by the chef and team. We had The Kitchen Experience, which was a sampling of their signature items and I would highly recommend it. Thank you Kitchen team!

   Loved the seafood rice and fish of the day. The pork belly was rock hard and not our favorite. The cocktails were delightful! Ambiance was phenomenal.

   The open kitchen and patio setting add to the amazing food experience. The tomatoes with broad bean hummus is summer on a plate! The clams with the sourdough bread is what dreams are made of

   My spouse and I ate here for the first time on Valentine’s Day. We chose this restaurant based on the great reviews on Open Table and participated in the special, 4-course meal the restaurant offered for Valentines. The food was delicious. The serving staff was very attentive and helpful. Will eat here again when we are back in San Jose del Cabo!
